Worst contact support EVER. My package that I ordered on 12/5/2025, did not arrive on time EDD 12/16/2025. I called and they said they can replace 2/3 items ordered and it would NOT be expedited shipping. I ordered early December for Christmas so there was no need for me to pay for expedited shipping. Now with it being close to Christmas and the delay on their end you would think they would be kind enough to expedite the shipping. But they said no. Also when asked about the delay he said there was a problem with the courier so it couldn't be delivered. And they never even emailed with an update saying it wasn't going to be delivered. They refunded me for the item they said was unavailable however I went online an was able to purchase it myself. So I called back and asked why they weren't able to replace it if I can order it myself and they said they don't have the same inventory as online. Like how does that make sense. I purchased 3 pairs of pants from in store, and when I tried to exchange them for a different size (which I couldn't do because they were out of stock) or get a refund, instead of being helpful the associate called over the manager and all she did was print a blank receipt and show me the return policy and told me I need to contact customer service.... Their return policy is a joke if you don't have your physical receipt, but they take your email at checkout, yet have no way to look up your receipt This is after waiting 30 minutes to be helped in an empty store. I don't know what it is with this location, but the lines are always SO long for both the dressing rooms AND the check-out. Whoever manages the store does a horrible job. They don't know how to efficiently run a store or take initiative to open more registers. I see at least 2-3 employees standing around when there's one person ringing people up, and one doing returns. But there are at least 2 more registers??? I simply do not understand. I will never be shopping here again. It's such a hassle to buy or return anything. Great clothes! Only come if your willing to wait in the long lines I usually order online and pick up in store. Usually works out great, this last time I received an email stating that my order was ready. When I get there. They had me waiting longer than usual. Then a manager comes up to me and asks how can I help you???? I had to explain that I was waiting for my package and she told me sometimes emails are sent when I'm actuality the package was not delivered. I told her that was strange I've never had that issue before. Long story short. They had given my order to another customer and luckily the customer had brought it back to the store after they opened it up. They also put in in another spot. Ridiculous lines!! This location of Zara was a total zoo when I was here in the summer. I had to do a quick return and there was nothing quick about it. I waited for about 40 minutes in here. Good location and nice size store. But it's in a shopping mall so if you go on a weekend, it gets kinda busy. I went in to just return an item that I bought online but it took me 20 minutes or so because the line for return and exchange was sooo long. The location is great. They are pretty stocked at all times with all the sizes and staff is great at assisting in finding the right items and sizes of not on the floor. If you look for a particular item, you can always check online if they have it at the store. That app option has never failed me. Kids selection is actually great. And their boys clothes is amazing quality. Awesome shoes as well (not a huge selection, but sizes are available). You literally never know if they decide the day you visit to close the dressing room for any bogus reason since Covid ain't that popular of an excuse. It's literally every other time it's open. The checkout line is RIDICULOUS. Get patients and ready to stand in it forever. Not because they are short staffed but because of alllll the returns. If you have cash and go to the men's side, you will get the Royal treatment outside of the line. If you are only making a purchase and no returns, go to the men's cashiers, still faster. If you have a return, make sure your phone is charged as you will catch up on everyone's story on IG by standing there. read more

The line to try on clothes is so long it took at least 30 minutes just so to use the dressing room. They have perfectly good dressing rooms in the kids department that I got turned away from using because they are "only for kids" which seems quite ridiculous when the line for the dressing rooms is literally across the whole store. Come to find out all the dressing rooms aren't all even in use, one is being used for storage... just when you thin in you're done the line to check out is just as long. I highly recommend some reorganization to make things move and run smoother. read more

Horrible customer service. I Had to make an exchange. I always have my two little ones in tow. First time I tried to make an exchange I waited 20 min and my little one had to go potty. Therefore, I left the line and no way was I going to go back and wait all over again. Second time I had the chance to go, again I waited 25min and my kiddos would just not stay still. Crying the whole time. Needless to say I had to leave the line. My third visit there I waited no less than 45min. By this time my receipt was expired by a couple of days. Brought in an online order for return with the four items in it, as I was leaving I got a receipt confirmation from Zara customer service that they only received three items for the accepted return. I went back to the store and let them know and they acted like they had never seen me even though I was the first customer of the day and I couldn't find the fourth item which was a dress... All of a sudden the cashier remembers me and brings over the dress that they had already re-tagged. I let them know that the email I received with a receipt did not have all four items as being returned... They reassured me that it was fine. I called customer service, they said you have to go back to the store and let them know that they did not do the return correctly and now we need to talk to them to make sure that there truly was four items. This took 2 1/2 hours and the end resolution was that if you bring in all your items for return from an online order you're already making a mistake at this location, I did not get my full refund I basically got robbed today. All you need to do is return your stuff through the mail. read more

2 stars for service and 4 stars for merchandise. Great fashion-forward clothes for men and women. I guess their adequate JIT business practices are reflected in their pricing. They remind me of H&M, but smaller. Don't shop at any Zara locations expecting great service, but just do it for the clothes. It was a quiet weekday and I was one of two customers in the store. What was scary was that when I first entered the store, no less than four voices greeted me from the cashier's desk at the same time. They pretty much left me alone after that, which was fine with me. I am a no nonsense shopper, and small talk is like a paper-cut...unnecessary. At least a salesgirl offered to take my selections to the fitting room when I grabbed my third or fourth item. Any other token of service came in showing me which fitting room to use, taking the ones that didn't work for me, and swiping my credit card. Oh, the cashier was friendly. Also, half the floor staff were trying on the merchandise...or shall I say shopping while working. Nice job, dontchathink? I think there was an account manager or merchandiser from L.A. on the premises that day. The reason I knew she was from L.A. was because of gossip I overheard. Oh, and if you ever come across the same acct manager and/or merchandiser I encountered from this store, then don't expect her to let you peruse the clothes in the same area where she is working. She will cut you off in a fashionable road rage kinda way. Why cutting customers off in their paths are all the rage these days! All in all, the merchandise is nice and the service is half-way professional. Where can you find a cute polo for your 3 year old nephew, some snazzy duds for that favorite dude in your life, and a cute cocktail dress for muah, then look no further than Zara at The Shops of La Cantera. This is the only Zara that I know that has a children's section. If any one knows one in Texas please let a sista know! It also has a fairly large men's section, so fellas head down to Zara for some cool threads. I didn't receive bad service like Elsa F. but I didn't receive 5 star service. I got the "Hi Welcome to Zara" line and that's about it. Still this place is great for finding cute children clothes for my little Rugrat of a nephew! I was really just window shopping but a girlfriend of mine was looking for a necklace. We couldn't find a sole to help. I've always had good customer service and found great quality clothes, especially for my daughter although I found some great fitting skirts for myself too. I only shop there during their quarterly sales, you can sign up on their mailing list to be notified. During their sales (go quickly as it disappears quickly) their kids stuff is beyond reasonable. I got my daughter a well fitted, great quality pea coat for $20 that she still wears and fits into 2 years later. I wish they gave more discounts or had coupons. But it's worth it so I keep an eye out. :-) read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered clothes from Zara for my niece for her birthday and Christmas. She lives in a different state and by the time I saw her and she tried them on it was just past the 30 day window. The store (when I physically went to return) and corporate (I spoke with an agent and chatted online) refused to accept the return or give a store credit as it was past 30 days. The jacket still had the tag on it and I had my receipt, it just didn't fit my niece so I wanted to exchange. I will not be returning to Zara. read more
