The service was excellent, with all of the staff, being friendly, prompt, and helpful. I ordered the gyoza and Terakawa ramen - both were delicious. The pork bone broth is quite satisfying, and I will say that the pork and egg were just perfect. The noodles are slightly smaller than ramen I've had elsewhere, but they had a nice texture to them and were definitely not over or undercooked. (That's the -1 star for me - I really love alkaline noodles and wish they used them here...) The decor is very utilitarian, but representative of the type of establishment they are going for (small neighborhood ramen shop). Overall, a pleasing experience and reasonable value.
