Their signature tonkotsu ramen had a nice pork‑bone depth. The chashu pork was tender, paired with bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms and a soft‑boiled seasoned egg. Noodles had good firm texture. Just be aware the overall seasoning runs a little on the salty side, which is pretty common for local ramen shops. Service was quick. The atmosphere is plain and functional‑‑don't expect fancy decor, this is comfort food. If you are in the area and craving ramen or Japanese curry, this place is definitely worth a visit.
