My only pet peeves are dog owners leaving their dog poops behind (like, who does that?), people leaving trash at stairways and just by the entrance to the car park, and trash in their balconies. I reported a ceiling leak and was told the roof had been repaired, but I was not provided any documentation or photos confirming the repair. When I asked for confirmation due to concerns about potential water damage, interior repairs were delayed and ultimately not completed. Despite providing written permission multiple times for maintenance to enter and fix the issue, the repair remains unresolved. This has been stressful, especially as I travel for work and am concerned about further damage to my apartment and belongings. Additionally, I lost access to EV charging notifications while other residents with electric vehicles continue to receive them, making it difficult to use an amenity that had previously been available to me. I am simply asking for timely repairs, clear communication, and equal access to amenities. I hope management can improve how maintenance issues and resident concerns are handled going forward

Every week, there is some event, like what we had last night to celebrate 'Cinco de Mayo'!! Many thanks to the management for scheduling events. Maintenance is done in a breeze of logging the service request. Leadership from Nancy in all department of management and operations has definitely helped residents. And you failed to address dog urine in the halls and elevators, garage gates being left in the UP position, or pets being off leash in the building. In one instance a dog off leash literally jumped up on the staff member in the full elevator (because only 1 was working), and he petted the dog and laughed. I got off the elevator with him and asked him why he didn't enforce the leash rule, and he said he didn't want to "get into it" with a resident. Pathetic.

We took their advice, did some painting, made minor repairs and change the look of the kitchen. They were able to go in and stage the house, take some beautiful photos and put together a flyer. We started getting requests for people to see the home before it was even officially launched for sale. Within one week we were overwhelmed with showings, and as mentioned got an offer for $10k over the asking price -- all cash! Honestly now that I'm thinking about it, this is probably the best kept secret as far as Dallas apartments go... I have met so many people at the community events that say they've been here 2+ years because there's nothing at the same value and location. My roommate and I have loved living here since June. My favorite part is how close you are to the Katy Trail / Ice house. You are centrally located in Dallas Proper, so You can pretty much walk anywhere in uptown or victory park (Dallas Stars game, knox for coffee, west village shopping). Maintenance is responsive and management is incredible. I've had such a pleasant experience with Krista. She should be tired of me because of how much I call up the front office, but she always has a smile on her face and is super professional, always dressed to the nines! I had an issue with the windows being a bit dirty, and a month later they had a team come in to power-wash the entire apartment exterior. Still in talks about this though because the team they hired lazily washed our windows, and honestly made them dirtier. Management is still on it, though and walked through our apartment with the window team to hold them accountable. The pool is ginormous and an awesome spot to hang out in the summer, they have events with a bartender and a DJ during the summer! The gym is INCREDIBLE, I still have a membership elsewhere since I wish there was more than one squat rack and a hip thrust, but for what it's worth having a squat rack at an apartment gym, a leg extension, etc is great. My floor has 14 foot ceilings and feels huge with an amazing view. Theres a huge plot of land that has been said to start construction for 5+ years and its an awesome place to take your dog to run around. It has a picnic table and gets mowed regularly. Turtle creek is overall an amazing area because of traffic. If you're going up north toward Irving/ grapevine/ airport, you skip allll the traffic the Knox/West Village/Uptown people go through, shaving off 10-20 mins. Turtle Creek is such a beautiful place in dallas and is well kept up and quiet. You're so close to the airport. The maintenance team was beyond helpful and friendly, staying a few minutes after my request to chit chat and welcome me to the town with great food recommendations in the area. The parking garage is honestly best case scenario in Dallas. no problems with break ins so far and have not heard of any and super quick operating garage doors (the sensor reads my chip and opens the door before I even get to it). Overall safe area as a women in her early 20s. Great community and a good mix of ages! Hallways are so clean and always smelling wonderful (first time I've experienced that), NO TRASH VALET! what a plus! The sky terrace is an incredible entertainment space with folding slide doors and a wine fridge with cornhole etc. Great community events such as free açaí bowls, snow cones, DJ parties, workout classes, movie nights. Only complaints: The very southern emergency maintenance guy is quite rude, still got my request done though (I think there are more than one, the others which I've had better experiences with) The Luxer One system is not great. Have had my packages missing, although I know the apartment owner is not responsible for this and it is mostly Amazon's fault because they leave their items out for people to take.... Maybe we need a better system though. Guest situation is hard as there is only one entry point to "scan someone in", then they have to walk upstairs and you have to go bring them inside from that door. to go off of that, the key fob entry is getting old. I try to take it everywhere but there are so many situations where having a phone encrypted key, or a key pad would be so much easier. the finishes on the interior are just updated enough, however dark and old. Some parts of the building have white finishes and are better than others. The lighting is not great (fluorescent in bathrooms) and are in need of an update. The apartment is updated just enough for me to look past it and consider how good I have it in other parts of this review. The move in process was so easy with a quiet side street with minimal traffic filtering through. Great place for uber drop off as well (Dickinson Rd)

I respected my boundaries, did not enter and drove away.I am a former resident and I am telling all of you that the security in this building is dreadful. It is absolutely stunning upon walking in, but when I moved out, nobody was there to collect these items. The Management protocol is dreadful and disappointing. Of course I will mail them back, but this is simply to remind all of you that it looks lovely but the security is lacking. It's in a marginal neighborhood and when a young resident tried to push himself into my apartment, the evening security guard laughed and said that I misunderstood. It was only after I filed a police report that anybody in the building took it seriously. It wasn't an attempted rape and nothing less. As an older woman, living by myself, it was a nightmare and I was thankful they allowed me to leave. This is a building filled young people, full of themselves, and nowhere for me, a former Preston resident to comfortably and safely live. Safety is the most important aspect - - not the pretty plants upon walking in for tour.

And home is how they make you feel, from the first day on. The front desk people are incredibly helpful; gym classes (upper and lower body strength) are fantastic, the apartments themselves small but uber modern and high-level, gorgeous design and appliances. Floor to ceiling windows, wonderful events and I love living across the street from the Virgin Hotel. I never want to leave here!
