The situation has become stressful enough that I've temporarily had to sleep in my living room area just to feel more comfortable. I have reported the issue through the proper channels and documented what I've experienced. I'm hoping management will fully investigate and resolve the situation appropriately. My intention is not to create conflict with anyone -- only to share my honest experience and hopefully encourage better attention to resident concerns and peaceful living conditions.

I knew I left some curtain hangers up, I knew a cabinet it the kitchen had a little damage and with me having two little girls, there would be some minor things that would be repaired. I get my report after leaving and those little screws and small wall damage is costing me over $600 dollars. They claim the paint is $500 plus and I'm being charged for cracks in the walls (foundational issues). They claimed I didn't leave their valet trash bin, I DID! Not to mention I took a video when I left. I'm being charged $1259!!!! I left bc I lost my job and couldn't afford it anymore, but how the hell do they want me to pay this?! 10 days after I left????? I'm going to post the video just to show how clean the unit was!! I still had a table in there bc my dad had to take it apart and pick it up, but the place was spotless! Oh they made me pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned before leaving also! I'm mind boggled at how they can do something like this! I've lived at several other apartments and NOT ONCE did the place charge me over the deposit. I've called and called trying to get a hold of someone, left messages and NO CALL BACK. I'm disgusted with this place. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!!!

I've only been in my new unit for less than two weeks, and nearly every issue I reported has either been ignored or closed without being resolved. Both tubs were clogged with globs of hair, the kitchen cabinets have pieces hanging off as if they're about to fall, there is no water pressure in the master bath, and the front door sticks badly. Despite submitting work orders, maintenance closed them out without completing any of the repairs. Over the weekend I also discovered that the AC doesn't work, my thermostat is set at 65, but it's still unbearably hot inside. On top of that, the dishwasher doesn't even appear to be connected. The only positive experience I've had was with Nakala, but unfortunately, the service and responsiveness stopped there. I've spoken with multiple staff members, and nothing has been done. Maintenance also enters without knocking, which I find completely unacceptable, especially since I've made it clear that I do not want anyone in my apartment if I am not present. I am very disappointed with how this property is being managed and hope ownership takes a serious look at how residents' needs and concerns are being handled. I will not be submitting anymore work orders. Also the tubs were not resurfaced and the tiles were not cleaned in either restroom, awful experience to say the least.

One and two garages are available to rent as well. I don't know the pricing but that usually changes quite a bit anyways. The amenities here are top notch! There's a very nice non-heated pool with wading areas, spa jetted area, and fountain/waterfall. It gets crowded on the weekends, but there are lots of chairs and sitting areas. Inside the pool area there are also a few grills and a huge veranda with couches and a TV. Next to the pool is a decent gym with cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights. Did I mention that this community does valet trash pickup? No more walking to the dumpster--just leave your trash can outside the door and it magically disappears each night (5 nights a week). For those who are environmentally conscious, there are two free level 2 EV chargers. There's also a Tesla Supercharger about a quarter mile away. All in all, this feels like a very nice and very safe place to live. Plus there's lots to do within walking distance. Check this place out!

Based on my experience, I would choose another apartment before renting here again. If you do rent here, get everything in writing--every conversation, every instruction, and every policy clarification. We lived here for three years. For most of that time we enjoyed living here, but during our last year the experience began to decline. Residents not picking up after their dogs became a persistent issue despite repeated emails from management, and the back gate seemed to be broken regularly. A few months before moving out, we asked to remove our garage. When we added it mid-lease, we had been told it could be removed at any time. This time we were told that policy had changed, but residents had never been notified. After speaking with management, they eventually agreed to remove it for our final two months as a courtesy. The biggest issue came during move-out. The move-out checklist instructed residents to retexture wall repairs. Wanting to do it correctly, my husband went to the leasing office and asked Ron exactly how the walls should be repaired. He was told to fill the holes, not sand them, and to run his finger across the repair to recreate the texture. My husband even asked if he needed a special texturing tool and was told no. After completing the repairs exactly as instructed, he requested a move-out inspection. Ron said there wasn't time to do one and didn't offer another appointment. A few weeks later we received a move-out bill for over $1,000, with roughly $900 for wall repairs. Danielle sent us the third-party contractor's invoice showing repairs for 90 holes. When I explained that we had followed Ron's instructions, we were told a different version of events. We were also told we hadn't used spackle, even though we had. The explanations continued to change. We were initially told move-out inspections were commonly provided. Later we were told they weren't required under the lease. The carpet charges also changed from being described as pet-related to being because the carpet was "damaged beyond repair" after three years of normal living. After several emails, management reduced the wall charges by 50% as a customer service gesture, which I appreciated. Even so, we were still left paying hundreds of dollars for repairs that were completed according to the instructions we were given. The most frustrating part wasn't receiving a bill--it was relying on verbal instructions from the leasing office only to have those conversations later denied. Ironically, if we had ignored the instructions we were given and simply filled and sanded the holes, our bill likely would have been much lower. My advice to anyone considering this property: if you have a conversation with the leasing office, send a follow-up email documenting it. If you ask for move-out instructions, get them in writing. A simple email could save you hundreds of dollars. Our three years living here were ultimately overshadowed by the move-out process, and that's why I cannot recommend renting here.

Although through the years that I have been living here the office staff and maintenance crew have changed I feel that everyone has done a fantastic job especially the current ones. the manager Iris De Luna, the assistant manager Mario and Cassandra running the office are very attentive, helpful and caring. They have tried to keep the residents involved offering more activities. The maintenance crew responds in a very timely manner to my requests when needed. Over the years management have updated our bathroom mirrors, our kitchen faucet, wine cooler, cooling/heating units, etc. They offer reserved garages for a nominal fee and they continually maintain the general parking area. When I asked for confirmation due to concerns about potential water damage, interior repairs were delayed and ultimately not completed. Despite providing written permission multiple times for maintenance to enter and fix the issue, the repair remains unresolved. This has been stressful, especially as I travel for work and am concerned about further damage to my apartment and belongings. Additionally, I lost access to EV charging notifications while other residents with electric vehicles continue to receive them, making it difficult to use an amenity that had previously been available to me. I am simply asking for timely repairs, clear communication, and equal access to amenities. I hope management can improve how maintenance issues and resident concerns are handled going forward

Madisson and Elijah have been wonderful deal with and always address any of my concerns. And then there is the Loung, I love this room. My friends and I got there often to play pool. We also reserved this room for Christmas with my family and then last week for family and friend game day. I cannot wait till summer so I can use the pool and sit outside and listen the water feature they have going. Best decision ever to move here.
