The staff is always helpful and even when busy checkout is not too bad. However, on my most recent visit (1st weeek of October 2025), everything looked very disorganized and frankly, a little trashy. On the Home Goods side, there are carts of stuff sitting out that makes it hard to get by with a cart and difficult to browse. The reorganization on the TJ Maxx side isnt good either. Not sure if there's been a management change or what, but it needs to go back to the way it was. Thank you.

It's a small store and there were about 5 girls working and each and every one of them came up to me at least 2 times each to see if I needed help in the very short time I was shopping. I gathered that they must work on commision when they asked me at check out who was helping me... um, EVERYONE! Again, they were very nice but seriously, maybe just one or two greet and check on, one time only. Also, not a lot of people want to discuss clothes. As I selected a few clothes, she took them and staged them for me in a dressing room. When I approached the dressing room, my name was written all fancy-like on a cute door-mounted marker board.
