The gentleman that helped me was nice but didn't listen. Husband's sister sent gift to him. Though this is Nordstrom's rack he was willing to help me with the brand that they didn't have. My husband just wanted to exchange sizes, but they don't have it. So I just wanted a in store credit. He looked up my husband's sister by phone to see she purchased those. Instead of giving me an in store credit he just returned the whole thing back to her. Which means he got nothing because this guy didn't listen. read more

I LOVE Nordstrom rack! I spent way too much money here because everything is so cute. I got sunglasses (only $10), a sunhat, earrings, workout tops by Zelle, Calvin Klein underwear & bra, satin camisole tops, and hair accessories-they literally have everything here. I got a lot of fantastic deals and had so much fun shopping. Great brands and way more affordable than Nordstrom, esp in the sale sections. read more

I was going to give this Nords 3 stars but today I found something that made my day-- so it's gonna be 4. And did I mention there were some friendly faces on the employees today? Maybe cause it's a Friday-- I mean who doesn't love Fridays, huh?! Today I was on the hunt for a leather belt and a designer bag but only found a belt which was more than I expected. I wasn't sure I was going to find a leather belt here but thought since it's the "fanciest" place the springs has to offer-- why not check anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a beautiful all leather belt in my size-- it was a fashion miracle! I got the last small at $15 and you definitely can't beat that price. I think it's made by Halogen which is a pretty sturdy and classic brand. Any who, I made it out with a fabulous purchase and so very pleased about that and it was also nice to see friendly faces when being checkout at the registers. If you can't find a pair of shoes in your size that fit your occasion or outfit, you need to check your spoiled bratometer. I found 5 sets of shoes that would work for my occasion, they all fit well, and 4/5 were comfortable. It came down to price and so I picked the second lowest price. Anne Klein for $44. If you are a serious rock collector, this is THE place you need to visit in Colorado Springs. The selection and service at this rock shop are unparalleled! Meh. I wasn't that impressed. The selection wasn't great. The kids was even more limited. I'm not saying I wouldn't shop here again by the off chance I'm up that far north in the city, but I wouldn't actively seek it out. I know it's just preference but it just wasn't my cup of tea. Another example of OUTSTANDING customer service. Oct 11, I'd bought five Polo Waffle 100% cotton sweaters, size large. Prior to washing the fit was just a bit big, but upon washing (on cold), dry delicate, they SHRUNK UP to a medium, the sleeves literally shrunk up 1.5 inches. Apparently I should have bought extra large sizes in this garment. On Oct 12, my birthday, I had these five shrunk up sweaters that looked like some fool dressed me, and my birthday dinner was at 8pm, and it was 5pm. I phoned the store and Prekshya, one of the stores managers, said to bring them back immediately, of course with receipt and I did. She personally walked with me to the men's department, selected the same sweaters, just XL, then escorted me to a register to do the even exchange, all in like 7 minutes. That is true professional customer service, and I truly thank you. I rushed home, washed the sweaters, drying according to direction. PERFECT FIT!!! Thank you Prekshya. read more
