I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. I paid my bills faithfully and had their technicians inside my home and crawlspace regularly. I had an ongoing problem with Mice and was led to believe this was related to a neighbor with tall grass and that there was nothing I could do. I had my quarterly treatments and had frequent callbacks because of persistent mice. I even found a decomposed mouse in the corner of my garage. In June, I brought in an independent company for a second opinion. They walked in and immediately found a massive, advanced mouse infestation in my attic with severe structural destruction, shredded insulation, and hazardous waste. The remediation quotes are $25,000-$35,000. It is so dangerous that workers have to wear full hazmat suits and N95 masks to even go up there. Worst of all, I am a 71-year-old recently diagnosed with a severe genetic immune deficiency disorder and rheumatoid arthritis. Bulwark's complete failure to perform the job I paid them for over nine years has left me trapped living beneath an active biohazard of airborne waste that directly threatens my health and puts me at extreme risk for respiratory illness. It has been nearly two months since I notified them. I called the "quality control" Department and spoke to eight different people who promised callbacks but never once did they call. When I initially reported the problem , no one offered to come out and see what was going on and see what could be done. They asked me to send the videos that the new company had taken. When I did not hear back, I called and asked the person who answered to open up the video. She became very quiet (because they are really bad) & told me that she would be sending them over to their legal team who would call me the next day. I never heard back. I have had to email the CEO twice just to get a response. Instead of fixing their mistake, Bulwark completely deflected and passed me off to two competing insurance companies (AmTrust and Skyward Specialty) who are now pointing fingers at each other over who is responsible forwhat year. Bulwark markets itself as a family company that cares, but the moment they cause a major crisis, they run behind insurance adjusters and leave an immunocompromised customer in a hazardous home. Disgraceful service. Not only poor Pest Control service but terrible customer service. This is a family owned business started by a dad and three sons. On their website, they talk about family values and communication. Sadly, I believe it began that way, but it certainly is not that way now. If I had started a company with my children that ended up like this I would be ashamed. Beware before you sign up for service with them. If you have service with them now, be sure to get a second opinion if you've had problems with mice.

The lady that answered the phone wouldnt let me talk to a specialist, she just kept asking me if I wanted someone to come and treat the house! Its very complex whats going on at my brothers house. He has infestations of earwigs, several species of aunts, one of which is a colonization of imported red fire ants. I believe its all stemming from the giant ponderosa pines lining his property that are sick. She said they only exterminate inside the house. They dont do trees, Id have to get a landscaper! I told her that I had a forestry specialist coming to advise about the trees and that I was calling Orkin to address the infestations of the various species of ants, earwigs and several small dead snakes ive found on sidewalks in past couple days. that the insects were a result of the sick trees and I needed to talk to a pest specialist about the infestations. she said they dont do trees, that she could send someone out to treat the house!! Grrrr! I told her I needed to speak to a specialist that could understand what im dealing with and she said she could send one out to treat house! I told her that by just trying to sales pitch me and not letting me talk to someone that knows what they are talking about lost a possible good steady customer! Then I hung up. my brother has had a steady exterminator coming in here for years and the guy did not do anything for all these infestations! Never even mentioned any of these issues or noticed or remedied even the earwigs that are all through his house! Im not about to bring another exterminator in for just more of the same! which is just taking my brothers money and doing absolutely nothing!

We contacted Economy to help us tame them and have found Economy's employees to be professional, courteous and reliable. Stephen was at our home recently to access an insect party. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations for treatment. He made us feel that we were in competent hands. The estimate that he gave us was very reasonable. Greg came shortly afterwards to treat our home and yard for pests. He was prompt, professional and experienced. He was nice too and listened to all of our concerns.
