Thank you for bringing the best store in San Diego to North County. Plan ahead as you need a prescription or document or whatever they call it. Go online and spend $30 and take 15 minutes and it saves you money anyway. Best discount you'll ever get. The staff here are much more knowledgeable, the range of products is the best. The display is the best. I've tried stores from LA to San Diego and within the county I have not found anything comparable. I also like that their stores have a very comfortable layout. read more

I like that they insist on masks. Did not like not being able to take a look at everything on the shelves behind the counter. While I understand that nobody wants covid, it seems a bit overboard at this location. Other dispensaries to which I have been insist on masks but you at least get to browse products and do not have to lean over 6' to pay and get my order. read more

This dispensary is clean, modern, and crisp-But I didnt enjoy the experiance. everything felt out of reach and too far. you have to really get close to the front or ask for help for about anything. they even have stapped poles to distance people further. I typically reserve online and pick up in store (Vista), but recently I opted to get it delivered. Now, I usually get 'everything' delivered, but the folks at Urbn Leaf are particularly worthy of a great review. Not only was my delivery guy (Alex) super sweet and helpful, he was also early (unheard of!). On top of that, the folks at the store called because they could offer me better discounts than there were online. They have always taken the best care of me, and are always friendly and helpful. You can park in curbside, check in on curbside through the website they email you with and they will still not come. Called 6 times and no one answered either. And the security guard is missing some brain cells to say the least. This experience was enough to not come back here. "Express curbside" my ass, you'll still need to walk in. The first time I went I was treated like a king. The second time i went the doorman and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. They even chose to use racist rhetoric. I escalated an issue to the manager that I was having with the doorman. He interrupted my conversation with the manager. As an US Veteran and medical card holder I expected to at least be treated humanely. my name isn't Bro. It's Sir. Once a member of management is involved that employee is obligated to remove himself. I will never spend a dime in that place. I recommend going somewhere where you will be valued as a person. From the looks of other reviews they definitely don't value our disabled veterans which is extremely alarming as this is a military city. read more

My one star is just because of what I was sold and how you couldn't see it. The entire thing was just weird because I'm used to being able to SEE WHAT IM BUYING. Everything online is a stock photo and you have to be 5 ft away. I'm not sure what massive trichomes you can see from that far away but.. They have good deals but it's just overpriced unless you buy their expensive shit on a deal. Just got a half of some barely trimmed bud that doesn't look bad, but for the price.. just go to Speedy Weedy. Or at least hire a photographer.. I have no problem paying a lower price for slightly lower quality. Just don't sell mids under a stock photo that the buyer could still spend half an hour trimming.. read more

The staff are very nice but I won't be coming again. First, you have to pay in cash (unlike other dispensaries that accept credit cards) yet they charge the same prices as the others. On top of that, they've adopted the scam of having an ATM right in the store, so if you come in without cash (who doesn't accept credit or debit cards in the 21st century?) they collect 3% extra from you for the privilege of using their ATM to help them avoid credit-card fees. Second, the "pick-up" for online orders is not at curb-side (unlike other stores) so you have to go into the store anyway. I don't see a benefit in avoiding COVID or convenience. The final thing that you need to be aware of is that they will place your purchase in a stylish black paper bag... then charge you 50cents for it (unlike other stores) without mentioning the fee. Even my grocery store tells me that a bag will cost 10cents if I want one. Sorry, I try to deal only with people and stores with integrity. read more
