The shoes costed $51 something with tax. I thought it was a little pricey but I just wanted to get over the school shopping list and head on home. Went in today to return them and they said they were non returnable (it did say that on the receipt) but did not notice that until today, we could only exchange to make matters worst they did not have any bigger size of the one we had chosen. Their selections are limited. So we just settled for a different color pair and the size that actually for her from this store location was a size 6. Found it weird since she's only 8 yrs. My point is ... I've came to this location several times before and never had any issues, yes it's my fault for not taking my kid to try them on before making any type of purchase and for not reading the return policy. I would just recommend to go to an actual Vans store or Tillys or any other store that will return your money because they could have been cheaper. I don't think I've spent more than $45 including tax on Vans but at least if I was not happy with my purchase I would be guaranteed money back and more and better selections.
