The pricing of products is a mystery since you need to scan the product at the checkout before finding the value. Most of the best paraphernalia products don't even go on the shelf since the staff puts them to the side to purchase for themselves as told to me from multiple staff members. "Goodie bags just for you" for membership is a lie/scam and are limited to "first come first serve" and they run out before 3PM. The "40% off membership" is no longer a good deal since you can't combine with any other new advertised deals and now is just a scam since they mark up their products ridiculously high. Honestly, I know this part will sound super petty, but the low value goodie bag that they denied me today, is my final straw. Next time, I'm cashing out my points and never coming back.

He was welcoming and helpful. Then proceeded to the back where we were helped by Hayley and another gentleman who helped us with medicinal dosages. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. There's a great variety of products that surely would suit anyone's needs. What's even better yet is that they give a military discount so that was a bonus. It seems only certain canned beverages were 50% (not mentioned) and the remainder were discounted at 20%. It was an innocent mix-up and he kindly refunded the difference back to me. I now know what to look for and my faith has return to this establishment. Not only that but I received a comment from the Businesses owner with a phone number wanting to clear up any misunderstanding. I had a really upsetting experience here. I parked in the front where there are faded lines next to…read morethe handicap spots. I'm currently recovering from a motorcycle accident and don't have my placard yet, so I parked to the right. Security didn't say anything when I walked in. After I made my purchase, the employee at the desk told me it wasn't a spot. I immediately apologized and said I wouldn't park there again. As I was leaving, another employee loudly asked, "Whose car is that?" I said it was mine and again apologized, explaining I was already told and was leaving. He then followed me outside all the way to my car, repeatedly telling me it's not a parking spot even though I kept saying I understood. It felt aggressive and honestly like I was being accosted over a mistake I had already acknowledged. I left feeling attacked and very uncomfortable. There was no need to escalate it like that.
