I drove to the place, pulled up and they immediately worked on my car. I had to bring my own oil and filter which was inexpensive. They were very quick with it. They did a great job, and provided quality tires and professional service. At the time of the tire install, they informed me about needing new a lower control arm ball joint. I was already scheduled to take the truck to the dealership on Monday for an oil change, but instead of adding it to the list for the dealership, I entrusted the 610 team to do the job! Fast forward to Monday, oil change went well but the dealership informed me I needed a new ball joint?!?! You can imagine my surprise. I reached out to 610 but initially I told the dealership to proceed. Thankfully, they needed a specific wheel lock in order to remove the tires. That delay allowed me more time for processing all the details. I took an uber to 610 to retrieve the specific wheel lock. They gladly gave me several locks (they weren't quite sure which one was needed). That, to me, is another example of how they're willing to go over and beyond the call of duty. They even gifted me with a wheel lock once the correct lock was identified. The more I examined the imagines sent by the dealership, the more I noticed the pics only showed excessive lube around the joints. Thankfully, bringing the key to them, delayed the process of them conducting the work and allowed me the opportunity to witness for myself the tires being secure and having NO play/free movement. Needless to say, the dealerships assessment was incorrect. The mechanic was very apologetic in his error. New ball joint replacement was NOT needed. All an all, Im extremely pleased with 610's professionalism and attention to details. 610 will forever be my first stop for any of my tire needs. Support local businesses!

Discount tried to sell me four new rims which would total close to $1000 with install. I went to JD Wheels Repair on a Friday morning, and he had all three of my Rims fixed and sent me photo of work. My rear passenger side tire kept slow leaking, and at first I thought I had a bad tire. Since my…read moretires were still under warranty from Sam's Club, I went there to get it checked out. Sure enough, they showed me where the source of the leak was (rear side of the wheel). What I didn't notice at this time was the fact that there was a small crack on the wheel (since the wheel was covered with soapy water and bubbles). I told the Sam's Club employee to go ahead and replace the tire with a new one, which they did. All good, right? Nope! My tire was still slow leaking so now I was confident that I had a problem with the wheel itself. I still didn't think it was a crack and I thought I just had a bead leak, which I could MacGyver myself using a bead seal readily available at your local auto supply stores. However, as I was getting ready to do this and I took my wheel off, that's when I saw the crack which gave me a 'Oh Shhhhhtttt' moment. And thus begun my journey trying to find a good wheel repair shop. After reading through some reviews on both Yelp and the popular search engine site, I came across M&M's, among other shops. M&M's was actually the 2nd shop that I had called. But M&M's was also the only shop that picked up their phone. The lady on the phone was super nice, gave me pricing, estimate repair time, etc., etc., etc.. Pretty straight up with the whole, 'the repair length really depends on how busy we are because a lot of car shops randomly send their wheels here to be repaired' or something along that line. Long story short, I brought my car in the next day. Talked to the lady and she gave me the same price that she had quoted me over the phone. And then another guy came out to look at the wheel. And after he took a look at the wheel, he gave me the same pricing that the lady inside did. So I told him to go ahead and repair it. I took the spare wheel out the trunk and he put it on and I went my merry way. Original estimate was about 2 hours to repair and I think it was more about 4 hours before they called me back telling me that the repair was done. Didn't matter since I was at work and wasn't planning to pick up the wheel until after work anyway. I went back, dude put the wheel back on the car, I paid. And over a month later, the weld still holds. I highly recommend this place if you need to have your cracked wheel repaired. They also repair wheel curb rashes and their prices are also reasonable (yes, I asked).

The waiting area is clean and comfortable with seating and a TV. I also looked in the bay which was also clean and well organized. I was so comfortable I dozed off in the waiting area and not 5 minutes later they were done and ready to check me out. Ive been driving on the tire for about a week without issue and the price was right in line with what I woud expect. Solid place for your tire services.
