When Eric was doing custom work I asked him to get with me to come up with something different. I wanted a wood looking gas tank for my VW. I wanted a wood look for the top. I wanted a wood look for the dash and mirrors and the back engine plate bracket. Eric made a new gas tank from his mind to fit the Manxter 2+2 that never leaked by the way. His unique airbrush style made everything stand out. I also had a unique Type 3 Fastback painted purple and Jiffy Lube drove it into a curb for inspection. Eric was able to match the paint and get it back to show worthy condition. If you want the best then Eric and Kathy's place is the BEST. Five Stars don't cut it so I'm adding 100+ Stars as my review. He is clearly someone who had no respect for customers, past or present. I had my tail lights tinted here a year ago. I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.

Called Classic Collision directly to make an appointment for 5pm today to only get an estimate of my damages. Was told I could stay and wait with my vehicle, as the estimate would only take 30min-1hour. 4. Drove to Classic Collision for my appointment today, arriving on time at 5pm. Was told I'd need to drop my vehicle off for an estimate, and that all estimators had left for the day already (even though I had booked an appointment...) 5. Was then mansplained to about how insurance companies pay out money to repair shops (sadly I already know how this process works) Find somewhere else to get your car repaired. I have installed PPF on over 15 cars from corvette, Mercedes, McLaren and now my new ZR1 c8. I never used Gulf Coast Auto Shield before but was recommended from friend that did his GT3 with them. John the owner is great and door always open to all his customers and welcomes going to see the process while working on our cars. (trust me i was probably there every day) I did full PPF and it is the best job i have ever seen or done on any of my cars. My PPF installer was Sergio and it was perfection i had to try to find the ppf on the panels and it looks like he did not install PPF... IT IS THAT GOOD!!!!! ABSOLUTLY THE BEST and it installed like it liquid on the paint. Do not look around on hesitate his installer is the best out there and John does not rush them to finish and to get the next car in.... he lets them do their craft and he expects nothing but the best..... SUPER SUPER SUPER.
