It felt like they couldn't care less about anyone's time or schedule The lack of time management and professionalism here is absolutely unbelievable. If this is how they handle something as basic as a drug screening, I can only imagine how poorly they manage actual medical appointments. The staff looked disinterested, and no one bothered to apologize or explain the ridiculous delay. Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish I will NEVER come back here again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this place look elsewhere. I arrived before 8pm. It was busy so I settled in for long wait. Around midnight I got into a room. I never saw a nurse and was never hooked up to machine for vitals. At 1am my doctor came in and said he was ordering ultrasound. At around 230am I decided to leave. Enough was enough. When I went to nurses station to let them know I was leaving they wanted to talk to my nurse. I informed them I had not seen a nurse. They were very surprised. Turns out my nurse was named Amber. I never meet Amber because I believe she forgot me. I left and will pursue medical attention from doctor on Monday. They can order an ultrasound. I just have to get through 4th of July weekend and hope my pain stays mild because I do not have another marathon wait at ER. I will drive to Mount Pleasant or Midland next time unless I am dying I honestly think they forgot about me in that room.

First off the girls at the front counter were complaining to the rest of the staff about how disorganized everything is and their manager had not shown up yet at 10:00. I tell them the test I need done and they were confused so they call the manager of the company I am going to work for. The manager walks them through what they need, emails a test order in and should be good to go. After a few weeks I don't hear anything and my employer has not gotten any results. Upon calling Wellnow I find out the sent my test results and info to the wrong place (HIPAA violation) Not only did they send it to the wrong place, they had ordered the wrong test so I couldn't just get the results and send them to my employer. I was told I could come in and get the test redone. No thanks, I'll go somewhere competent.

I came in to the ER with abdominal pain last Sunday and was seen, tested, images, and diagnosed (pancreatitis) in two hours. Been here since then and even though my recovery has not been as rapid as I'd hoped, the care I continue to receive here has been excellent.
