It was a very large job, well over 1,000 pages with hole punching, so I fully expected it to take until the end of the next day as the estimate showed. To my surprise, I got a text around 7:30 PM that same evening saying everything was already finished. I headed over right away and arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I honestly felt a little bad showing up that close to closing, especially with such a big order, but the two employees working that evening could not have been more professional or welcoming. They treated me like it was no inconvenience at all. The documents were printed perfectly, neatly boxed, and ready to go. On top of that, they took extra time to help me choose the right binders for everything and made sure I was completely set before I left. They were patient, friendly, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I didn't catch their names, but they were two older gentlemen who appeared to be the only staff there at the time. I really hope management can identify them because they absolutely deserve recognition. This was genuinely excellent service, and I appreciate the extra effort they put in, especially so close to closing time.
