From the moment Rhonda answered my call I had confidence our foray into document shredding with Paper Cuts would be great. Rhonda answered the phone and had the most calm, clear professional voice I've heard in a veeerrryyy long time. She genuinely sounded pleased I had called and was a potential client. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, booked my appointment to witness my documents being shredded, and confirmed I had all my details and instructions before finishing the call. On the day we arrived, with our 7 banker boxes of material to shred, Stacey greeted us at the drive up gate. She smiled, introduced herself and asked if we had been there before. We said no, first timers. She saw our 7 boxes, confirmed that was all, then got a trolley to unload the boxes. When I tried to help she said, 'I'll take care of it, no problem, but thank you.' Then she asked us to follow her inside and wait behind a safety line while she wheeled our boxes to the other side of a HUGE industrial shredding machine. If you enjoy shows like "How It's Made" you can understand my enthusiasm for this "opposite" contraption. Stacey then returned to walk us through the steps our documents would pass through and said we were welcome to take photos and video as we go. She warned the machine is loud and offered ear protection, but we both declined. THEN the excitement began! We watched through a safety shield as Stacey opened a door and began dumping our boxes in, one right after the other. No hesitation, just dump, dump, dump. When she was done dumping, she closed the bin and rejoined us to walk and show us the path our documents "rode" along the machine - SO FASCINATING! The machine wasn't as loud as I anticipated and we were able to hear her fine as we strolled and listen at each description. At the end, all our little pulverized pieces of paper joined the other compacted pieces from many previous shreddings, compacted into a tight wall of pulp. As we marveled at the wall, Stacey told us that the best part is all of that shredding is that it's then given to a company producing toilet paper!!!! LOL We LOVED that for our old documents! Stacey asked if we would like to keep our boxes and by the time I had the back hatch opened on the car, she had them stacked and ready to load. This gal has HUSTLE! Quick like a bunny! After we were done in the shredding area, Lionel came out to confirm our price and take my credit card payment on his handheld Point of Sale machine. 'Oh! I thought I would get to meet Rhonda.' 'Sure,' says Lionel, 'She's in the office, would you like to meet her? Follow me!' Into the office we went and met others on this great team. Rhonda emerged and greeted us warmly. We told her how much we enjoyed the overall experience and how she was the first step in that and how it would be so lovely if more businesses were as professional as Paper Cuts. Lionel processed my payment. 5 banker boxes of shredding is $60($50 if you don't care to witness the shred) then just $5 for each additional box. So our total today was $70. VERY FAIR for peace of mind! He handed me my receipt stapled to a signed/dated Certificate of Destruction. What a great final touch! We bid everyone farewell and immediately started thinking about how this great venture into shredding will keep us up-to-date with our files in the future. No more storage for 15 years, wondering how our little home shredder will handle such a mass exodus of no longer needed documents. We have Paper Cuts! Cheers! "CC"

These folks are so nice and accommodating, we made an appointment to bring 8 stackable bins to unload into their bins and it could not have been easier. I think it took longer to thank all the employees over and over than it did to get in and out of there.... Highly recommend to anyone who needs document shredding and I believe they do house/business calls BUT do call them and ask! I will be recommending Paper Cuts to anyone looking for document shredding....... Simple and easy!

I called Brad and made and appointment. He comes with a large shredding truck and does everything on site so you can watch. My son took out all the Rubbermaid's with the paperwork out to the curb and Brad cued up the truck and shred it all! It was fast, reasonable and gave you peace of mind!
