Huge plus for me as I don't like putting my bag on the floor. Although no patrons were there at the moment, Dolly attended to me quickly and put on some relaxing music. I requested for my eyebrows to be waxed. She started with wax and quickly asked me if the temperature was ok. Which it surely was. She was very gentle unlike the aggressive type of "rip the bandage off" places I was accustomed too. She then followed up with a little light threading which again was comfortable unlike my past experience elsewhere. I think she plucked one hair with a tweezer and then applied the calming lotion as usual. She asked me check if I liked the result and I gave her two thumbs up. She then offered if I would like to have a tint applied, but my brows are micro bladed and passed. They came out great, thicker than my actual microblading, but I truly wanted it that way. I'm sure if I requested for them to be thinner she would have accommodated. They offer many services and my treatment was only $12! Well worth it!! Highly recommend and will now continue to get them done here. Parking lot behind off adjacent street. Highly recommend! Looking forward to trying other services!

I used a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. The woman that serviced me used the same stick in the same…read morewax jar for my whole service. It was only towards the end of the service did I see her physically put the same stick back in the jar which immediately freaked me out. I asked her why is she using the same stick and she said she uses a different jar for each client which is a lie. There was no disposable jar of wax she used on me. She uses a GiGi wax system that I see in multiple salons where they use a different stick every time they dip into the wax. I asked her to show me the jars and she wouldn't. This is unsanitary and illegal. I reported her to Groupon and will also be notifying the state board. Totally disgusting practices.
