    I was told it washes up to a cal king, this is a queen comforter.

    I would have given no stars but it was not an option. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not care about customer service, much less the consumer. They sold me a washer that does not work and won't make it right. They want me to pay a 25% restocking fee on almost $1K washer.

    I am SO grateful to Mario and can't recommend Mario and Keystone enough…read more When our tenants moved out of our rental, we found that they had just wrecked the new refrigerator we bought for them when they moved in and didn't have one to bring in. The unit was working fine, but they had basically played demolition derby with the unit, putting huge gashes and gouges in the stainless steel doors. Plus, I don't know what they did, but the buttons on the icemaker/ water dispenser in the door were basically ripped off/ gouged. I reached out to Keystone to see if Mario could come out and try to get some of the dents out and replace the panel for the buttons. Mario wrote back and asked for photos, plus the model info, which I sent over. He then got ahold of me and said he had an idea. While he probably could get some of the dents out, it wouldn't be perfect-- and between the labor to do the dents and the cost to replace the panel, it would be quite a lot for a result that would only be ok. So instead, he found a salvage of the same model, bought the doors, and swapped them out for us. The cost was less than the repair would have been and the result was infinitely better. Oh, and he did all of this from start to finish in like, 2 days. AMAZING. I am so grateful to Mario and will definitely be saving his info for future issues that pop up. It is so refreshing to find a reliable, trustworthy, professional, and kind appliance repair tech--- and especially one like Mario who is willing to find creative solutions for his customers. 10 stars if possible!     Wow, talk about stand up service. In the midst of a family crisis, our fridge went out. It shot up…read moreto 70°. In between fifty other things that were going on, Mario was cool and calm and let me know he would be out the next morning at 8:30, and he was!! For an incredible price, at that. Our fridge issue seems to be a bit of a mystery, but he did what he could before taking a step onto something much more expensive. He didn't rush us into a new fridge, or an expensive service-- he tried a simple solution, and is having us follow up with him once we see if it worked. Of course, this was after he knew we had other food storage options (that mini fridge from college will come in handy, kids!), and could work with his plan. Other places quoted me astronomical amounts but Mario was reasonable and professional. Honest, reliable, professional and kind. Personal rating: 1,350/5 Stars. Yes. That good.
