    Ok let's start out with we went here in a pinch because another established furniture store here in town messed up by not having our mattress order in on time and we were stuck without a bed. They have always done us good when buying appliances and furniture so we thought why not give the mattress store a try? We arrived on a Friday around 1:00 and the place was empty the sales person had us lay on this bed thing that measures what kind of mattress we should look at according to our weight, position we sleep etc. so then we tell her that we'd purchased an I Comfort by Serta which they carried also, so we looked at those. I laid on all the I Comfort beds they had and I was pretty sure I found the one we had purchased from that other store. I like a soft bed. Our mattress at home we had a 3" topper on it. So we sign the deal. Free delivery, 120 day satisfaction guarantee or you can exchange, so you have to purchase a $99.00 protective cover or it voids that. Then you get two free pillows. And it was in stock but by the time we were done it was 2:15 and cut off for delivery was 2:00. Go figure. Ok well tomorrow was fine we were in a bind and hey it was in stock we lucked out!! They delivered it the next day first thing, but one of the box springs was dented. And no they didn't have another one in stock. So they delivered another fill in odd box spring. So We had talked about getting the adjustable base anyway so I asked if she ordered that instead of getting the other half how much more would it be? She quoted me $800.00 hmm ok. Well hubby wasn't sold yet, so I said just get the other half of the box spring. Ok now the bed is set up. Oh my gosh this is like a styrofoam cube. I mean a firm firm mattress. My husband likes firm mattresses but he even said it was firm!! So I thought ok maybe it needs to be slept on. Well the next morning I felt like I slept on the ground. Then the next day I almost couldn't get out of bed. I'm not a whiner but REALLY. So I called and said I don't think we got the right bed and she said that at first they're a little firm and if I take my shoes off and walk all over it to help break it down it might soften it up. So I did. Nope!! Hard as a rock! I really didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging this mattress because as I said HASSLE. We were headed out of town for the holidays and it was going to be just that. But I could not fathom sleeping on that mattress, and it was expensive I wanted a good night sleep, so did my husband. So as we swung back through town for Thanksgiving and we went by the store to do the exchange and for a bed that was way softer (I hope) and cost more! And then I asked about the adjustable box spring again and now it was $3,200.00!!!! WHAT? Forget it! Then there was a $70.00 redelivery fee that's when my husband got up and walked out! They obviously gave us the wrong mattress in the first place. I would of never bought a firm mattress because of my medical problems, now a delivery fee? And we were spending more money!! So we left. Two blocks down the road the manager called and said he'd waive the delivery fee if we'd come back and finish the paperwork he wanted us to be comfortable on our new bed. Why didn't you do that while we were there? This wasn't a cheap bed. Thousands of dollars. We were told it would be in in a week and nope it wasn't even though the manager Thomas has kept in constant contact with me and has tried to make this situation as good as can be expected. But of course our mattress didn't get shipped when it was supposed to, something to the about the manufacturer being out of the materials. But Thomas has kept me updated constantly and has gone out of his way to make us happy. We had done a lot of business with Urners before when we bought our new house. Now I don't think we will ever darken their doors again. Sad.

His face makes folks feel sick. Lol Well he has mental issues no doubt. He's rude, he gave me about 4 underhanded not so obvious insults during the interview. He lied about many things. I have 5 years furniture sales expertise. I do extremely well I. Consultative roles. He said he needs someone with the right amount of experience. he advertised the job as ENTRY LEVEL, NO EXPERIENCE WE WILL BE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PROPLE. He's Asian. He asked my nationality during the interview. Wouldn't the EEOC love to get ahold of his shirt bald headed ignorant ass. He set me up for a second interview and kept making excuses for not following through. I told him in the Email he's a liar and he's not appreciated. I could probably sell more furniture then him. So I guess he hired other Asians or people with no cane. Illegal as ever!!! I hope his business does as poorly as his bad attitude and his various predjudices against me. I am not Asian.. What a jerk!! I give minus 10 stars!

    I had purchased a full size mattress & box spring the sales man was ok to talk to a bit difficult…read moreto understand I think his name is Ali BUT he did my initial review himself gave the store 5 stars & less than 3 weeks after guest slept on the mattress 1 night I called to complain about the mattress collapsing in the center he was rude did not offer any help stated I had the warranty info & to contact the manufacture myself that form has no website no phone number & no address AND stated that he is in the business of making money not losing money & never called back as he stated he would. I will NEVER buy from them again nor will I recommend that pace I don't see the previous review under my name that did not do myself to try & delete or correct

They offer water to customers, whether you purchase or not . The staff were extremely nice, but did not try to sell us on anything. They were there when we needed them, and doing their own thing while we browsed. They have bathrooms for guests . It was located in the back of a shopping center but it was a nice hidden gem. I was greeted by the owner Julie who offered her help. I browsed the store and saw so many items I personally loved. I purchased a cool Cocktail book of recipes from around the world. I also purchased some really cute marble heart coasters. My friend was very happy with her gift. The customer service was great and my gift was even bagged beautifully and ready to give to my friend. I will definitely be returning to The French Quarter.

I did all the research on washers and dryers and it all pointed in the same direction... SPEED QUEEN. My husband got them for me this Christmas. It was delivered the week after. I was so excited! When I went to turn on the dryer it was making a loud banging noise. I immediately called my husband (who was at work at the fire station) and told him what was going on. He called URNERS and got the run around. We finally got a technician out in late January. He said it was the rollers and they needed to be replaced. ON A BRAND NEW MACHINE. Not only that, we splurged and got the TOP OF THE LINE MODEL in matte black. The most expensive set THEY SELL! So February comes and finally the next technician comes out to replace said rollers and guess what? ITS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS! The dryer drum was bent! Now we have to wait for the new drum to get ordered and schedule to have that replaced. We have called Urners and asked for a new unit multiple times. We have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. NOTHING. Can't even get someone to call us back to tell us to kick rocks. It's just disheartening when you save and save and splurge on the highest quality and then get this kind of outcome and get treated this way. The customer service from Urners really blows and I'll be notifying speed queen on the situation as well. Super BIG freaking bummer Urners.
