I had an appointment today and I was given the wrong address for the office. I was 20 minutes early to my appointment, so no problem. I called the office to get the correct information and no one would answer the phone. I finally got some help from a local man and I got to my appointment a half hour late. When I showed up, I explained the situation and there was no apology. The woman was very rude and said we'll get to you when we can. TWO hours later I got into my appointment. The most simplest of business matters, is answer your phone!!! If you are unable to answer your phones and help your patients, then get out of business! Epic Fail!!!! read more

Had I gotten care... but I went thru the whole process of testing for surgery and was trying to schedule but my medical group FAILED to respond to their office on the pre-op stuff. Their office contacted my medical group, St. Mary's Medical Group up here, and my medical group didn't respond. I tried calling several times. The doctor's office kept calling several times but my doctor's office failed to show up. So the reaction of your logic was basically you won't ever call us back so we're done. Period. So now I am out, no where to go because some bitch in an office for her nose in a joint. l guess they didn't need business is they can turn down my surgery, even after I signed up with a new doctor (had to sign up with a new doctor with the insurance which took effect Jan 1st, and by Feb 20th, my new primary care was on board and contacting Urologic several times and they didn't respond) read more

Horrible office staff and Doctors are rude and don't know how to speak to patients. They cancel appointment and never notify you. Then you get there and they look at you like why are you here. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Also the place is a mess and bathroom filthy. Think twice before going. Staff needs education on customer/patient service. read more

My primary doctor recommended them for some issues I was having. Making the appointment was easy, but a month in advance. I had a 7:15 a.m. appt. I start work at 9:00 a.m., so I figured I had plenty of time. They called me the day before to confirm. Turns out they had a wrong BD for me, so she corrected it. Next day, I got there at 7:10 and the girl at the desk took my co-pay and had me fill out some forms. Then a gentleman walked in with a 7:30 appt. After a couple of minutes, they called him in first. Ok....maybe he's an existing patient. The medical assistant finally calls me in. She's very sweet. She asks to confirm my name and birthday, and lo and behold, my birthday was wrong again on the little urine cup (strike two). So she wipes it off and corrects it. I go to the bathroom, and notice my first name is spelled wrong. I have never seen this spelling before! So I wipe it off, and when I finish and put it on the counter, I tell her, "my name is spelled wrong, it's ------" She quickly fixes it. I'm in the patient room. Now it's about 7:30. She comes in again and asks me medical questions to start my file. She leaves. I'm waiting. She comes back again to take vitals. She leaves. I'm waiting. At 8:04 I poke my head out of the door and catch her walking by. "Excuse me, I had a 7:15 appt and I have to be at work by 9." She says ok and I'm thinking she's going to handle this. By 8:13, and no sign of an assistant or doctor, I walk out of the room, and see 3 med assistants chatting around the corner. I tell them I've been here already an hour, and I have to be at work at 9, do you know when the doctor will get to me? One of them, responds with a slight attitude: "No we do not know, but there's a nurse practitioner if you'd like to see her." "Is the doctor here?" "Yes he's here." "Do you know when the doctor will be available?" "No." I have now been here a full hour with no sign of a doctor, or any help from any of the assistants. I did not make arrangements to be late for work or take any PTO. I go back to my room, grab my purse and go back out to the waiting area. I ask the girl at the desk for a refund of my co-pay, which she does, and asks, "would you like to reschedule?" NO. And I walked out. I will never go back there again. They are inconsiderate of your time, and rude when you ask. Never again. read more

We have been trying to get a appointment for 2 wks. First, they kept saying that they never got a referral from IEHP. Now they're saying that they did get a referral but it has the wrong code on it. Which was never mentioned in any of the 4-5 calls before now. Then I got a call from their main office and she says that it DOES have the right code. They have no clue what they're doing and they lie to cover their incapability to do their jobs. In the mean time my husband has gone from a bad UTI to blood in his urine, due to their unacceptable performance of their jobs. read more

Had been going to them for five years successfully, unfortunately, it became horrible service with time, as the doctors were great but the staff is RUDE and Crude, not a balanced staff. Receptionist hung up on me and their prices went up! Called back to talk to office manager and it seems that it's a takeover? Place is nice and clean update that is a Good thing . But the staff that works there in the front are sometimes rude . Very unprofessional at times also I just think that all that gossiping at the work place was kind of rude. Went there with my husband for his kidney stones and it was very stressful. Told my husband to come in and make appointments and he did they sent him to the ER and said they was gonna help him pass the stone since it didn't come out on it's own. He was there for 3 days and they didn't do anything and discharge him from the hospital. And now we back at the same place doing lab and they said the same thing again . So now we doing the waiting game all over again . Worst experience ever to go through when you in so much discomfort and pain . I don't understand why he has to wait this long to be seen and get the help he needs it's very frustrating. I think they should do better and not just say one thing and do the other . Don't waste other people times if you gonna say you was gonna help them . It's very upsetting to see him in pain for weeks been about 8 weeks now and he still have to wait for more blood work and X-ray ?? Dr Cesar Esteves-Mora is the worst urologist. Two years of painful and invasive procedures for nothing but the money. Appts are two months apart for anything. The appt times seem set in stone. He could not diagnose a condition that doctors later agreed was simple and he should have know immediately. Recommend to stay away from this place and him read more

it took 3 months to get one check done. if I had cancer in my testicles I would have lost them already. I'll explain, I drove for about 40 mins to be told I need a ultrasound in the course of 5 mins with the doctor that was in civilian clothes, they sent me away for another month instead of doing the thing right there. so I came back a month later to the same room I was in before and they just did a ultra sound for like 5 mins then sent me away again for another mont. I came back and they said well we can't do anything but Inject you with some pain stuff.....bruh what's wrong with this place. read more

This review is not about this establishment, but about a doctor who sees patients there. I went there due incontinence, having to pee frequently. I saw Dr. Rex Mc Daniel's. They put me through a few tests in the office and he concluded, that I'd benefit greatly to a bladder sling surgery. Just a bit of history here. I went to him 20+ years ago when he was only a OB-GYN. He performed a total hysterectomy. He never really discussed with me any of the issues I would experience after the surgery. So i was left to find out things the hard way. Won't go into detail on this since this review is about him as a Urologist, 20+ years later. So i agree to get the surgery done. But once again, he fails to inform me of certain issues I'd experience after the surgery. Number one, that i would need to be attached to a pee bag for a week after. (Ended up being 2). Or two, that the surgery may not work. The surgery was 4 years ago and my problem is tenfold worse than it was. I am miserable and depressed. Believe me, I am 72 years old now. Not sure if I'm too old to have another surgery like that again. But I am sure I won't be going back to this establishment, ever. Last time I went in there, (because my progesterone prescription needed to be renewed). When I was called from the waiting room and taken to a room, they did not weigh me, take my blood pressure or temperature and didn't ask for a urine sample. He never even asked me how i was doing. I don't know about any of the other specialists there. But this guy has the worst bedside manner, (if you will) has no concern for the patient or for the outcome of his procedures and acts like he just wants to be done with you so he can move on to the next victim. Just be careful. He talks a good game, but he's not a team player. read more

Stay away from these incompetent butchers! I had a 7.5 mm kidney stone, the doctors there did ultrasound and missed it ! Had to go to the ER to find it! They missed the enormous amount of fibroid tumors as well at the Urologic Institute! Also found at the ER! The finial visit there was with Dr McDaniel, he did not examine me at all nor even look at my records, and decided for me, that he would do a barbaric hysterectomy! If you are not aware, 80% of women have these benign tumors. There are many options to remove the tumors and keep the uterus. Removing the uterus in the horrific manner he wanted to do is an assault upon my person of unbelievable pain. He is not skilled nor intelligent enough to learn how to do modern medicine! Stay away from this butcher, get a real Ob/Gyn at UCLA. Please steer clear of this monster read more

I always run out of my prescription 2 months before my next scheduled appointment, I tried to give them a chance, but now I am done with them the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, you would be better off driving an extra hour than dealing with this unorganized office! read more

This place is terrible. My mom has been referred here from Victor Valley Hospital. She has a drain in her kidney with a large kidney stone. They won't get her get her in for two month to do the ultrasonic procedure for the stone. The drain is infected and they told her to go the hospital. The hospital told her to see the urologist. The urologist won't see her. The customer service is horrible, the office staff refuses to help. Avoid this place if you can. read more

Dr Samuel Lee is awful. He thinks he knows better than you because he's "been doing this for 30 years". He doesn't listen to your concerns. He interrupts you when you're talking. Just all around an awful doctor with horrible bedside manner. read more

This place is awsome. Let's start at the front desk. Jessica at the front desk was/is awesome. She is very friendly, courteous, and professional. Onto the exam room. Christina is so friendly. She is ALWAYS smiling. When I was brought to the exam room my anxiety level was through the roof. She made me feel so comfortable and calm. She answered my questions to the best of her ability. Some she couldn't answer by law. (Dr. ONLY) The second time around? Same experience. Now onto talking about the doctor. Dr. McDaniel he is so professional, courteous and a real people person. He sat down NEXT to me and talked to me. Some or should I say most Dr's tower over me and talk to me making me feel inferior and have high anxiety. He made me feel comfortable with the recommendations he is suggesting. I will be having surgery soon and will definitely do a follow with Yelp to let you all know the outcome and experience I had. read more

Folks here seem helpful and competent. All my appointments seem to go smoothly. The waiting chairs are uncomfortable, but I don't seem to wait too long. This office seems to have their act together, the office seems quiet and relaxed in the afternoons. read more
