This is an update to my prior review from earlier this week. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr Matt helped me greatly earlier in the week. I still had one vertebrae that was out or it popped out again after I got home. I went back over today and saw Dr Urteaga. I showed him on a chart where the specific pain was. He immediately located the problem and adjusted it. I've been in debilitating pain for almost 2 weeks. I haven't been sleeping, it hurts to even sit and eat. Anything short of lying down was excruciating and even lying down didn't alleviate the pain. I've been living on ibuprofen and Tylenol. Nothing was touching the pain. This office resolved my pain in no time and explained how to stretch to prevent it going forward. I cannot suggest this practice highly enough. If you are suffering from joint pain, definitely go see these guys. They are a great family practice, they get you right in and take care of the problem in short order. read more

This place is really nice and efficient! They were on time to check me in and have Dr Matt see me about my arm pain. He quickly nailed down my problem area and suggested an electric electrode therapy for my arm muscles. He also recommended a course of action to take about my issue. Came here because I had seen a special coupon online; so I thought let's give it a try. I have had a few things I wanted to take care of but my main problem I was dealing with was pain around my groin area. I don't think the chiro was very helpful but I do have a little more motion from my leg. What I did feel was a huge release in stress and lower back pain. It was light but still I felt a lot better. My very first time here, and thank God for all these professionals! I had been to a chiropractor before and I felt she helped even though she didn't really adjust me. Needless to say, I never returned. So I was hesitant to find another chiropractor and I first considered THE JOINT in Whittier, yet I wanted more than just an adjustment; I knew I wanted more that the "fast food of adjustment, drive thru chiropractor" so I googled a bit more and found this fabulous group that also can add a massage if you want to add it. And again, I've needed this my whole adult life and I'm so thankful for Dr. Lorenzo and his wonderful pleasant staff from Carla at the front desk to the back office assistant who's name I accidentally forgot to get. I'll be back though next Saturday. Then I had the prompt appointed time to meet my wonderful massage therapist! Maricela has the hands of the devil at first but that's only because she trying for finds those horrid knots where ever you tell her your utmost needs are. I had a 30 minute deep tissue massage with her angelic hands, (again, endure the pain, so she can locate the much needed spots). I need to bring my loving husband here. Again Dr. Lorenzo was prompt, precise and so patient, as he interviewed me then adjusted me with much caution instructions and care. After that the very sweet back office assistant came and place me on the TENS machine for 10 minutes. You all are so amazing that after my massage I already felt better and the after care instructions from Maricela the massage therapist of 20??? Years; to drink plenty of water and take a relaxing hot shower; THE EXPERIENCE WAS PERFECT! I'll be back and to anyone looking for chiropractic work and massage therapy, PLEASE COME HERE!
