The classes also include preparing your cover letter, your resume, doing a mock interview after you've had the help of a volunteer to improve, or write your resume. Upon landing a job, if you don't have clothes to look professional, they'll provide you with work clothes. There are weekly support groups for people who are already hired and others waiting to be hired. In those groups you can bounce off ideas and concerns off of each other and find tools to cope. They also host ongoing empowerment series for females. Among many things you can learn how to manage your time and money better, treat yourself kindly and improve as a person.
