I would assume at this point he is just ghosting next because he doesn't want to finish the job that I paid him for. Unless I hear back from him with a good explanation of why he couldn't use the phone for a month, I'll leave this review up as a warning for others. Second update: Miraculously the day after I posted the previous update, Jay contacted me. The months worth of text messages and calls weren't enough I guess. He said he was sick and would let me know when he would be able to come by. It's coming up on a month since that message and still no contact from him. Over multiple visits, I was charged several thousand dollars for diagnostics and repairs, including an ECM replacement, fuel system work, and additional services. Despite these extensive and costly repairs, my vehicle issue was never resolved. What is most frustrating is the pattern of misdiagnosis. Each visit resulted in a new recommendation without a clear or confirmed root cause. After being told the issue was the fuel pump, I approved the repair based on the assurance that if it was not the cause, I would not be charged. However, I was still charged, and the problem remained. The vehicle was also kept for over a month without resolution. When it was finally returned, it was in worse condition: Fuel level had dropped significantly (approximately half a tank, about 200 miles of usage) Physical damage was present, including issues around the door area and battery cover Components appeared to be left open or improperly reassembled A new "low battery" warning appeared that was not present before service I was later informed that the vehicle had been modified to bypass issues related to the BCM instead of properly diagnosing and repairing the root problem. At this point, I have lost confidence in the accuracy of their diagnostics and the quality of their work. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. I strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before approving major repairs here.

The mechanic, Willie, was rude and appeared frustrated, tried to pressure me about brakes I didn't request, and repeatedly called me approximately four times back-to-back, even texting me while I was still at the shop -- luckily, I keep unknown callers on silent. They put the wrong oil (5W20 instead of the required 0W20, which is stamped on my oil cap) into my car without asking. I immediately called my usual mechanic, who confirmed that using the wrong viscosity can damage my engine. The oil filter was changed at the same time, meaning it now contains the wrong oil and should be replaced again, but the shop refused to do so. To make matters worse, the owner (I assume) tried to grab my receipt and nervously laughed when I took a picture documenting the mistake. They even left my car running with the windows down after the error was "corrected," creating a safety risk. This shop is careless, disrespectful, and clearly assumes women customers don't know anything about their cars. Women are fully capable of reading manufacturer recommendations and recognizing when something isn't right. I will never return and strongly caution others. I now have to closely monitor my vehicle to ensure it was corrected properly. Willie claimed he was "trying to help," but disregarding manufacturer recommendations is completely unacceptable. For the safety of both your vehicle and your sanity, I strongly advise going somewhere else.
