The skyscraper in DTLA, U.S. Bank Tower, was first known as the Library Tower, because it was built as part of the Los Angeles Central Library redevelopment area. Then it was sold to OUE, which acquired the 72-floor office building, the adjacent Maguire Gardens park, and a parking lot. It is currently the second-tallest building in LA, after being surpassed by the Wilshire Grand Center, which claimed based on a spire that gives it an 82-foot advantage.

This is quite an interesting building to visit. Unfortunately it is not free to get in. The sky space has an admission fee and the restaurant requires a reservation. I think the bar might be open without a reservation. Anyways the building is very well guarded which means you won't get lost in it. The views are spectacular at the top, either at the viewing deck or the restaurant. The ground floor lobby, sky space and the restaurant are also spectacular spaces to see. At a minimum pay $25 and visit the sky space.

Came here for the slide that is located on the 70th floor. Located in the heart of downtown LA so you know the situation parking is tough unless you wanna pay 10 to 20 bucks in the designated lots around downtown. Once going in you'll have to go through the security and metal detectors. Staff and security are nice and will guide you to where you need to. Inside on the first floor you got a coffee store and gift shop. Very nice and decorated inside and very well kept. For living in LA all my life it's an experience for sure to see these buildings.

I agree with John when he says that there is a lot of history with this tower. When build in the late 80s it was open as the Library Tower. The reason is was named the Library tower is for a couple of reasons. The first reason being right across from the beutiful Los Angeles Public Library. The second reason is because the Library building actually saved the Library across the street. When the Library tower was going to be build, there was plans to tear down the library because it was old, lack of funding etc. However the Library Tower saved it (thank god). The Library Building (aka US Bank Tower) is probably my favorite building in the world for a couple of reasons. Architecture design: The city of Los Angeles has a lot of limits to how a building can be build. First of all, for now, they all must have a flat roof to accomodate a helipad (I don't know the reason). So this limits architects when it comes to designing a building. This is one of the reasons you dont see antenas in building, as apose to NYC and Chicago. However the architect for this building innovated and made this building a peace of art. It makes me feel like this building is the queen of LA, it even has a crown on the top to remind us about it. I can write a 300 page book about how beutiful this building is, and the meaning that brings to me. I can write poetry about also, all in all, one of my favorite buildingd.

How you ever been to the sky slide?? Well this is the only place in California that has the sky slide that just opened this year. It's a glass slide that goes off the edge of the building. It's not a big slide where it does into the building and out. It's just a small short slide on the side of the building. It cost over $19 for the sky slide but it's gonna be worth it once you slide you can see the city from underneath you. It's really fun and they have a nice view. It's 70 floors up not as high as sears tower but it's close. They have some nice screening effects on your way up to the tower. It's pretty interesting to me cuz it's something I never seen before so you have to try it. It's not that much too so it's gonna be with your time. It's a tourist attraction so I would highly recommend it

Overall very cool place small short slide 3-5 seconds amazing view of city staff very friendly only bad part is parking can get full at times so we literally had to pay like 27.00 to park only an hour

We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next year around the same time. We were a group of 37 employees. We used an entire floor, as well as plenty of breakout rooms for group or individual meetings. The kitchen space worked well, we ate a lot of meals there. The location is very convenient, right in the downtown area near restaurants, hotels and more! Thank you again Foundr Space!!! Best, Amelia

The bathrooms, the co workspace and the kitchen are always clean. I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar. Furthermore, the staff have been supportive, energetic and happy to help me whenever I have questions. For that matter Jeremy is THE MAN! Always helpful and always able to solve my issues. I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace. Because I really need home to be home and a place to work to feel more like work than a room in my home. I don't think that people have figured that out yet, but I know they will soon and I hope they find this review and find their new work office at FoundrSpace. Anyway, I plan to be here for quite some time, and I look forward to new neighbors that are focused on their businesses and ventures. I just wanted to let others know that this is the place for me and I know it's going to be a great place for more entrepreneurs, start ups and businesses too. Seriously if anybody has any questions, feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to answer.

Over the years I have been at 3 co-working spaces in Pasadena and CTRL COLLECTIVE is far and away the best. Best location off of Arroyo. Best equipment -- good wifi and great quality computers in the event I need one. Most privacy when I need it for phone calls. Easy to use the printer when I need it as well. And Gia and the front desk staff are helpful and humane. I say humane because I can occasionally be a bit helpless and they are always very quick, kind, and helpful. Finally, the atmosphere is good and always work-friendly. A few years back I worked at a different coworking space in Pasadena and on weekends it would get very loud. Like, screaming kids loud. CTRL is really respectful and always helps me be productive.

The workspace itself is thoughtfully designed, with community tables, dedicated desks, private offices, conference rooms, and a beautiful kitchen are. Beyond that, CTRL is within walking distance of multiple coffee shops and various restaurants, so if you don't bring your own lunch, food isn't far away. Whether you need a quiet place to focus, a professional setting for meetings, or simply want to work around other motivated people, this space delivers.bI highly recommend CTRL. Oh, did I mention they have free coffee, lates, mochas? It's not a big deal, but it is.

I LOST a lot of Money with Dots Spaces - I had paid for a professional telephone answering…read moreservices for the whole year in advance. A number was provided by Dots Spaces and this number was then placed on our website, business cards and promo cards. The company initially kept my card on file despite that I had paid the whole year in advance and kept charging me every month and every month I had to write to them inquiring that why they were charging me, then go through the refund process until one day I had had enough, I shouldn't have had to deal with this sort of thing. By this time it was already halfway through the year so they removed my card but failed to pay for the line that they had already charged me for, thus the line got disconnected. I was then promised by Yoann (Owner) that the phone number will be recovered as I had already printed it on very expensive promo cards and business cards which was impossible for me to repeat! Moving on I felt reassured by Yoann as he called stating that he had got that exact number back and promised that he would take care of that account personally from then on so that this doesn't happen again. I then went on to promote and market the business, however by December I started to think that something was wrong and that why I didn't even have one inquiry despite all the marketing so I called the number and it was disconnected again, I think I was having a heart attack at the time from the shock. I called in again and this time discovered that they had not managed to get the original number that they had given me so they got a different number and didn't even bother to tell me!!!! I wrote to Yoann many times requesting of him to take responsibility for the damages he has caused me and truly only asked for a small portion of what I had lost, enough so that I could recover from all the losses but I never got any response of any kind, not even a simple apology! I had very high regards for Yoann but I'm now highly disappointed. This behavior is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
