After purchasing a front door from Unified Home Remodeling I felt devastated. The guy that came to install the door advised my wife that the door will need a molding so then my wife called Unified and they told her they would provide a molding for $150 instead of honoring the molding but no, my wife decided to go buy one of her own at Homdepot for $40 but the sales person from Unified did not advised us about the molding we had to provide ourselfs when we were negotiating to buy the door. And then on top of them not providing the molding they didnt frame the new door and left the old frame at the threshold of the door, another thing the sales person did not advised us that we would have to replace on our own as well. These people are not professionals and have no customer service. Just false advertisement and lying saying that they did told us about the molding and the sales person did say Unified would frame the door to make it look nice. I remember the sales person said we dont just install the door and leave we also frame it. None of these things they promised were written in the receipt so they cant say we knew about it. On top of everything the door came with a few spots unpainted which is missing spots of its original color. The manager was contacted in regards to the door missing paint and still till today no answer or contact back from the manager. As always it never fails the owner will then replied to this review acting like he cares and trying to make the company look good saying they are sorry or email him personally but as of now they sound like crooks to me. I should've 100% went with Power Home Remodeling, what you pay for is what you guy get, sometimes going expensive It's worth it and it's better less stressful and hassle with bad customer service representatives.

I've been trying to get an estimate for the repair of almost all windows in the house for over 2 months. Robert reviewed the windows on Tuesday, Feb 20 and it is now May 6. I'm still waiting for the estimate for, let alone scheduling of, the work. Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages.
