Now that I have moved, I don't get to frequent this store as much as I used to. In the past, I founded an amazing resource that was largely off the radar. I was able to get some nice cuts of meat like brisket, pork, shoulder and pork ribs. Their selection of coffee syrups is incredible. The store is well laid out and constantly restocked. What a great way to purchase items in bulk and WITHOUT a membership! Cash and Carry is not as large and stocked with thousands of various items like Costco or Sam's Club, but they do have what you will need for any business, small or large. The location in Kent is located near 212th and 84th (across from Gator's bar and grill). Items such as produce, dairy and cheese, coffee, containers, and much more can be found here. The employees offer to help you out the door and load your items in your car. They have the long flat bed carts, and no regular carts. I believe that's their only down fall. So, if you're not too picky about brands, but yes on the cost, this place is for you! read more

This place is sweeeeet. My boyfriend and I stopped in to see what we could get in the way of lunch snacks in bulk. We haven't been in a few years, and didn't really want to deal with Costco madness... Cash & Carry is designed for restaurant owners, so they have cleaning supplies, bathroom accessories, mats, etc. and pretty much anything else you think you'd need to run a restaurant. That portion of Cash & Carry clearly wasn't for us. Their snack game is on POINT. We were so stoked. We got a 30 pack of Tim's chips for $12!!! We also got a huuuuge box of fruit snacks, and another huge box of breakfast sandwiches. I think in total we paid like $28. Solid for the amount of food we got. Cash & Carry also has a fulllll aisle of just coffee syrups and everything else an aspiring barista could want. They also have a full meat department, veggie department, and carry some dairy products as well. Basically, this place is amazing and they're serving up some stealz and dealz. read more

The guys that work here are awesome. They're always helpful & have a smile on their face. I come in on a regular basis & every time is an enjoyable experience. They have great personalities & a good sense of humor. The store itself looks great. Clean & well organized. Very easy to find your way around. Only thing I'm not huge on is the carts, they're hard to operate sometimes. But it's probably operator error more than anything. If you're in kent & need to stop by a cash & carry, come to this one over tukwila. It's a better experience. read more

Now I go to atleast 5 different locations and most cash and carry staff are outstanding but this day stands out because I needed help but I wasn't able to articulate it! You will wonder why you've been spending so much at Safeway all these years on the same stuff you can get here cheaper, just in bigger quantities. Wow this place would make a killing if it ever decided to open in Texas. We are stuck with membership only stores (Sams, Costco etc) to get bulk items. I went in to buy food for my daughters party and I have to say, I was very impressed. They sell everything, in bulk, cheap. Bulk dairy, bulk produce, everything. The cashier even let my daughter help scan. All in all, it was a great, positive experience. read more

Well, I just stopped by to get a few items I needed and came across some moldy bread loaves. I went to the small internal office and mentioned the mold and was told "So and So will be in this afternoon and he will remove the bad bread." Hard to believe in this day and age someone would not just ask where and run to the offending department. Will not be back I don't care how cheap they may be. read more

If your looking for items for a party, this is the place. They have lots of food items to choose from produce, to meats, to frozen items. They also have plenty of paper products and plastic ware. I even picked up a few serving items, the kind you see at the local restaurants. They have candy, cookies, and chips available in bulk. I always go to Cash and Carry instead of Costco when I can. Better parking, closer to my home, and I have found that their produce lasts longer and is fresher than the fresh produce at Costco. A few things are less expensive at Costco (Kirkland brand butter is cheap) and better (Kirkland espresso roast coffee) but Cash and Carry sells some things that I can't get at Costco (peanut sauce and pad thai sauce, bacon ends and pieces). The employees are generally polite and friendly - and Tim is quite the asset to the company. read more

My fiancé' went there rushing to pick up 1 item. Pulled in about 5:01. A minute past their closing time, but since she can see that there are still a couple of people in line to cash out, she waited in the exit door hoping she could ask to be let in for her 1 item. One lady looked back and just gave her a no reaction look. One guy worker came out to gather carts and she asked " Sir will you let me grab just one item?, I can see it from here" He said, if it were up to me, I'd let you but it's up to the ladies inside. As the last customers come out (a group of young men), a cashier named Heidi came out and she asked the same question " Ma'am will you please let me grab one item? I can see it from here" She yelled " NO! We close at 5!" The guys even looked over, surprised by her yelling. So she said, "and you don't think you could say that in a nice manner?" and she goes " Well, we close at 5! We can't!" still in a very rude voice. My fiancé' said, "I asked you nicely, and I even called you ma'am" and she walked away. She then asked the gentleman worker for this lady's name before she walked to her car. I want to say that maybe she was treated this way because she is a person of color but I won't use that card. I am just in disbelief that someone with this kind of attitude works in a customer-facing industry. I hope this reaches management who will seriously look at this as a serious issue. Regardless how tired you are even at the end of your day, someone who treats you with respect deserves it back, especially customers. This will not only stay in YELP, this will be posted in other forms of social media, so people are aware especially our friends, neighbors and other business network know what kind of treatment they will get from this Heidi girl. read more
