He had me come up to his office / warehouse location to look at some examples of what United had to offer, which I would recommend others do as well. He "always" responded back to me when I sent an email or called even when he was ill or on vacation. He explained things when I didn't understand so I could contemplate what I wanted, and we could go forward from there. When the remodel was complete, Brian and his colleague, Jade Hemmings, came out with a professional photographer (at my convenience) and took photographs. Jade made sure I was given copies of the photos taken, which was sincerely appreciated. It's weird that even a contractor has no minimum...which I would totally expect. Heck, even I willing to do a bulk order to play ball. When the person invited me to buy a pallet knowing I was a homeowner, I knew for sure I was being insulted on purpose. I just wonder why insulting me was necessary? Furthermore, the person on the other line said they were going "back and forth" about how they handle home-owner sales.
