So TWO DAYS before the event, I drove there in person because I was worried. That's when I found out they never even checked their email. It took over 30 minutes for the manager Syd and her team to locate my order. At that point, they told me several items were no longer carried or made. I picked replacement items for the salads and meats right there, face to face. They assured me everything was good to go. I left feeling relieved. The morning of the baby shower -- two hours before pickup -- a man named Matthew left me a voicemail saying they only had the sandwich platter, fruit platter, and veggie platter. That's it. No apology. No suggestions. No solutions. Just a voicemail dropping a bomb on the day of my family's event. And when I picked up the sandwich platter? The bag of lettuce they handed me was brown and slimy -- visibly rotting through the packaging. They handed it to me anyway and said nothing. This is my LOCAL store. My family shops here regularly. I trusted these people with an important family milestone and they couldn't have cared less. No accountability. No urgency. No effort. Do not order catering from the Fred Meyer deli on Sprague Avenue. They will take your order, confirm it, and fail you completely when it matters most.

What I love about Costco's Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke is that it's consistently fresh every time! I've never had a bad batch, spoiled batch, nor a fishy smelling batch ever. The taste and season is consistent and can be paired with many different dishes. For people who steer away from it because it says wasabi, have no fear, I assure you it's not spicy hot like you imagine wasabi to be. My favorite is to have it with some plain ol jasmine rice--one of my staple meals for protein as I'm a pescatarian and meal prep time is pretty much non existent besides cooking of the rice. It's fast and easy and a great value for some quality tuna.

The parking lot is good-sized although if you aren't paying attention when you leave, you may end up driving into the adjacent trailer park. The selection here is always excellent. The shelves are always well-stocked and the prices are competitive, sometimes much better than Walmart. The staff members here are always helpful. You will almost never have to wait in line to check out. If you need something unusual you may be able to get it here.

It's the only Bi-Mart in the greater Spokane area, but it's in Cheney. I'm not 100 percent sure…read morethat it's worth the drive out to Cheney for whatever the item is, but if you are in Cheney to begin with, then it's worth the effort to stop and visit this store. I wish I could go here more as I live far away, but I always go when I can. Cheney has some of the best shopping and food options than anywhere around. I love going there and supporting such a nice and clean city.

Which is really disappointing. This Rosauers locations prices are better than most other grocery stores and they have amazing weekly sales. The deli is the best. They have great sandwiches, salads, chicken meals, and sushi! We really love the fresh made Poké bowls and the new catfish sandwiches too. Yesterday we stopped in for the paper and a snack. I eyed one lonely slice of sausage pizza and got it. It was okay. A bit of a soggy bottom but my tummy was satisfied. Today, a trek for the newspaper again and I got a small container of the Mac n cheese. It's creamy and the noodles are cooked to my liking. Unfortunately there is no flavor at all for me. No tanginess from cheese nor saltiness. Again, hit the hunger pangs. This is a great story with very nice employees.
