I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Very disappointing experience.

At least once a week (I go to this establishment usually 3 days a week), box trucks take over the parking lot. The station should have dedicated pumps AWAY from the station entrance off 138 for box trucks (so the pumps on the Central Street side). When truck drivers use the pumps close to the 138 entrance, they pull so far forward they end up blocking the entrance. I had to wait on 138 today because a box truck was blocking the entrance with his truck while pumping gas, so no one could get by. There has to be a better solution, whether it be dedicated spaces, clearer signage, etc.

I submitted a request to have them look at it and if a damage claim was possible. They quickly refused saying that 1) they are not responsible for any damage not reported before you leave a location 2) that 'damage over time' cant be proven to be their fault and 3) since I reported using multiple locations that no single location can be held responsible. Cowards. They know what these systems do to to paint. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way.

NO HELP Then when I picked the car back up finally after him fixing a few things the breaks and a sensor.. he said only drove car few mins to pick up parts that was a complete lie cause he put about 100miles on car as I took pic of mileage when I dropped off cause I'm not an idiot like he tried to make me to be..after all that tired of walking to work and him just taking me for a ride on this car and trying to blame shit on me that was impossible for me driving 5 mins lol..
