I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Very disappointing experience.

At least once a week (I go to this establishment usually 3 days a week), box trucks take over the parking lot. The station should have dedicated pumps AWAY from the station entrance off 138 for box trucks (so the pumps on the Central Street side). When truck drivers use the pumps close to the 138 entrance, they pull so far forward they end up blocking the entrance. I had to wait on 138 today because a box truck was blocking the entrance with his truck while pumping gas, so no one could get by. There has to be a better solution, whether it be dedicated spaces, clearer signage, etc.

(never tried, but folks seem to be raving about it) didn't get more stars because: - gas pricing is comparable for the immediate area, but i could get 4-8¢/gal cheaper any given day just few miles away. - i get it one has to pay for convenience, but charging $4.99 for a bottle of cranberry juice that is sold for maybe $3.49 at the supermarket within a stone's throw was indeed leaving a bit of bitter taste in the mouth, and it wasn't bc of the cranberry juice. - ended up spending longer at the store than making a stop at said supermarket bc the very pleasant storekeeper decided to sell me on the rewards card, which i initially declined - guy couldn't sign me up after 10 min of repeated fail...finally figured it was because I already used my number to register for the stop & shop rewards that has existed for decades before this...not exactly this location's issue but not being able to link both is still silly. - now i wished i had just spent that time trekking over to Shaws to get my cran juice for cheaper and without this hassle. word of caution: - two entrances on Rt 27 side. the one closer to Bay Rd, there's a raised bump divider (like a small sidewalk/island) to partition in/out traffic. The path both ways seem quite narrow as is; I always feel like making a 90-degree in or out of there would inadvertently have your vehicle run over or scratch that bump, which is difficult to spot to begin with so you might not even know what hit you. Not sure if it really is the case, but I would avoid that entrance just for my own peace of mind.

I submitted a request to have them look at it and if a damage claim was possible. They quickly refused saying that 1) they are not responsible for any damage not reported before you leave a location 2) that 'damage over time' cant be proven to be their fault and 3) since I reported using multiple locations that no single location can be held responsible. We stopped here on our journey last night to refuel the car and grab some snacks, and I was quite impressed, not only with the sheer amount of drinks and food they have here, but also the cleanliness of the shop itself. Seriously, I'm usually part of the "tread with caution in using rest stop bathrooms" camp, but the loos here were sparkling clean! I was very pleasantly surprised. In addition to the impressive cleanliness, the inside of the shop and the outside gas pump stations are very well lit, and there's no hint of seediness that I've experienced at other gas stations while on the road. Cumberland Farms as a whole is a decent gas station / convenience store, ever since they've undergone some renovations, but the Sharon location is especially exceptional!
