1 Star I've stopped…read moreat a lot of Love's locations over the years as a professional driver, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. After fueling, I pulled my truck away from the fuel island and into the staging area so I could run inside and grab a drink. There were no trucks waiting behind me, several pumps were open, and I was not blocking anyone from fueling. While I was already inside the store, my truck was called out over the PA system and I was told to move it. What made the situation ridiculous was that another driver was still parked at Pump 17, inside buying food and socializing, yet apparently that wasn't a problem. Nobody called his truck over the intercom. When I addressed the issue, a tall female employee wearing an earpiece spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of treating a paying customer with basic respect, she chose to yell and act confrontational. If there was a concern, it could have been handled professionally. Instead, it felt like I was being singled out for no reason. The problem isn't that I was asked to move my truck. The problem is the blatant double standard and the disrespectful way I was treated. Professional drivers spend a lot of money at Love's and help keep these locations in business. The least we should expect is to be treated with courtesy and consistency. Management needs to take a hard look at how customers are being treated at this location. Based on this experience, I'll think twice before stopping at Store #687 again.

She was very rude, interrupted me every time I tried to talk and she made me feel as if I was the dumbest person on this planet. I am not one to get upset very easily but she really was grinding my gears and being off my medication for a few days made me extra sensitive haha! I will not be returning to this location. Went all the way across town to pick up the important pictures before family leaves town tonight and they weren't there. To add to my frustration, she looked it up and it shows I ordered an 8x10... which wasn't even close. What a mess. I've had family members telling me how bad the app is lately but now I understand. I won't use them anymore as the app is not reliable. It was a frustrating waste of my time.

Who pissed in their coffee?…read more I came in to buy pizza by the slice, and asked if they had any vegetable. A plump woman in a blue T-shirt said "No, we only have 2 veggie." I didn't understand, and said "But that's what I asked for." She replied "It's cheese, and that's vegetarian!" I did not understand her anger. I said "I'll take one". She angrily grabbed a plastic bag and cardboard container, angrily shoved the slice inside, threw the thing at me and stalked off in a huff. I looked at the cashier who saw the entire exchange. He said nothing. Not "I'm sorry for your experience" , or "Would you like to speak with a manager?" Nothing. I asked "Are they always so dismissive of customers?". He replied "I can't control other people". By this time my stomach was in knots, so I quietly told him I did not want the slice and left, but not without hearing him call after me facetiously "HAVE A NICE DAY!". What the hell happened?
