Not only did she stand beside me until i transitioned to my new PCP, she stayed dedicated to my care with the same compassion, respect and kindness to all of her patients. Dr. Rooks guaranteed my prescriptions were refilled, as requested by my local pharmacy. Her staff were on top of my records release request and her nurse Angela would call to let me know. I could check the pharmacy's app on my phone to verify the prescription was going through. Everyone at Tanner Primary Care made the transition as seamless as it could be, knowing I had lost my faith in the healthcare system. They are one of four physicians I trust to attempt to put their patients care first. I respect their commitment and courage. Everyone has the compassion to be able to assist and advocate for their patients. I will miss Dr Rooks. See and the physician who she took my care over from will always be missed.

The individual who answered the phone said that they do not accept online bill pay and you must send in a check yourself or use their online portal. But that is not noted on any of their bills. If they didn't accept online bill pay checks, why did they cash mine? Regardless it seems like a scam, and you just cannot trust this company and their billing.

After being a patient here for a few years I was shocked when I got a collections notice in the…read moremail a couple of months ago. My last appointment was a year prior in 2025!! They never once sent me a bill in the mail. I had a card on file for payment all of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. Closed that card just a couple of months prior. They said my bill was in their online portal. I said I don't have access. I reported login issues two visits ago to the front desk. They said oh that's the old system. We have a new one. I said even better because then I truly don't have access to your new system you never told me about and you never mailed me any bill. They hung up on me twice during this process. I paid the bill and never will return. You can't send someone to collections without sending them a bill. Also, send me a bill after my visit like within the month. NOT a year later. My primary care doctor has a bill in the mail to me the same week I see them. I've never had a doctor's office send bills a year after the appointment in another calendar year. I also asked their billing staff if their doctor knew this was how they were handling their billing. Of course I wasn't allowed to speak to her. So hey Dr. Rhonda Rogers if you're reading this I am no longer a patient due to your billing staff and practice.

I guess you guys were upset I put a negative review on yelp. I did that only after being told I couldn't be seen until I paid my balance in full. I felt betrayed. I was a loyal customer and I even recommended you to all of my friends and family members. A simple phone call.
