When I asked him why he was doing that, he mumbled something I couldn't understand then asked if that was all that was in the box (3 boxes of urinary incontinence pads) and I said yes. I was slightly embarrassed because of what they were. He handed the receipt to me and taped the box back up and put the shipping label on it. This is actually the 2nd time he's opened a box I was shipping with an authorized return to Amazon. I'm 73 yrs old and this is very frustrating, confusing, and today, a little upsetting. This store has been my go to place for shipping for years. It is convenient for me and until recently, great customer service. If this is standard procedure now for this store, I will have to find another way of shipping.

The Post Office has parking for customers which I appreciate because you have to pay to park on the streets. Open entering they have all of the priority envelopes and packages to choose with the prices which was quite convenient because you don't find that consistently at all Post Offices. They also had a pen which was great because I forgot mine in the car. The Post Office was not busy at all which I appreciated at lunch time. Once I chose my envelope, filled it out and went to get on line there was no line so they immediately served me and were friendly which is something I do find at most Post Offices. It is an older post office and looks outdated but the customer service and resources were outstanding. And, the parking was fabulous.

Sure, you can get stuck in line here (don't be a fool and come on a Saturday afternoon right before Christmas) but usually I am in and out fast. When I do get delayed, it is because some idiot brought a bunch of packages likely containing batteries and perfumes and bombs and needs extra insurance on each of them... so they take a while. There isn't much the USPS can do about staffing for these situations anyway. So, just come at non-lunch hours and you will have no problems with this place.

Despite their having the item to deliver for over 20 days and scheduling two different delivery dates, the continue to fail in making the delivery. To make things worse, there is no communication except to schedule and no answer at the contact number later in the day when delivery was expected. If you like your customers choose a different company, this one is bad. After scheduling a 1-5 delivery with a 1 hr notification call the driver calls at 8pm to ask if they can deliver. No longer available I have to call to reschedule. Two days later is the soonest. Why? After asking to be the first delivery of the day I'm told that 9 will work--they load around 8 and are only a few miles away. Delivery day--waiting to go to work--phone call in advance. Will be there closer to 10. Driver says items are badly damaged. Has to bring them for refusal. Really? I doubt they received damaged items. Why didn't they say anything? After almost a month? I could have reordered and had it here by now. I understand that things happen, but they have control over their customer service. Not a good business.

Note this post office doesn't have the passport services but they have a APS, which is a self service that you may use 24/7 to mail or buy stamps.
