I told him I was shipping a letter via two day priority mail and he went out of his way to get the appropriate envelope behind the counter and put my letter into it himself! Usually at post offices, they'll just point you over in the general direction of all the assorted envelopes and have you do it yourself. Because of him assisting with this, I was in and out very quickly! A huge plus with my two kids in tow. Another patron entered as I was finishing up and the other employee who was working jumped right up to help him too. Great service! And the establishment was kept very clean as well.

When I pay extra for Saturday delivery and they don't even attempt to load the truck with my packages and makes you wonder??? Do yourself a favor use FedEx and UPS whenever possible!

Who wants to go outside at night and get their mail? Does this guy get lost for four hours frequently? This is Hampstead for goodness sakes! Why is he delivering my Saturday mail at 6:00pm? And why do I see him speeding down my road on Sundays? I'm suspicious that he's so disorganized that he has to make return trips to deliver mail he found sitting under his donut at the end of the day.

Literally the worst. Had a passport appointment at 9am where they were supposed to take a picture…read morefor us. They called us at 8am and told us their camera didn't work. We rushed to go have the picture taken - successfully- but were now 15 minutes late. Alas, they tell us we now need to reschedule the appointment with our toddler where we both need to be present to have it done. Bloated bureaucracy where they couldn't care any less about customer service. Clearly this is their fault but don't care to make it right. One of the only times you actually need to deal with the federal government and it's exactly what you would expect -- Garbage. Orly I think was the name of the person who was making the issue. He's the worst.

When they are open and I need a teller, they all are very helpful and friendly. They also deliver my mail and they do a damn good job. The mail lady that drives the jeep is super cool. But a 90 minute lunch break for the retail counter is absurd and can be very inconvenient at times. Not sure if other small towns in the area have the same issue. Not something you'd have to deal with in the bigger towns and cities. People can still access their mailboxes though. After the postal service did cutbacks a couple years ago, our mail sorting and delivery no longer goes through the Danville PO, but rather Hampstead which is a couple towns west, so when we have a delivery issue, that's who we have to call. At least they didn't close our PO outright, which had been threatened.

Do you have a piece of tape? No she says we don't have any tape in this whole building. I said a post office doesn't have scotch tape, electrical tape, duct, electrical tape, tape worms nothing so I had to go all the way home to get 1 inch of scotch tape and go back and she was still just as rude. I cannot believe that place does not a supervisor there that notices how rude she is. And they wonder why they're going bankrupt. I can't speak on the Washington Street one, but there's no way it's any better than the Bradford one thank you for your service Miss Post woman.

This is the second time that we are expecting important packages for a business and we got a notice from Amazon saying that you said we were closed when we open every Saturday from 7 to 5 PM. Get your lazy ass out of that delivery truck and do your job. You didn't even come around here today. We have been literally waiting for you to show up because those packages were extremely important. For once, I can't wait for Monday morning to come so I can be at your door. Better get ready. For the second time in a row you made us lose clients. Expecting something like this, this morning at 6:30 AM, we even put a note in the mailbox that said to deliver the packages. That we are open.
