Every now and then, I end up with a piece at home and then have to go to the trouble of re-closing it and mailing it again. I have spoken to them at the counter about it, too. No one seems to care. The box is expensive to boot. In 2022 I also sent a piece of mail and paid for POD. They lost it. Completely. The system is such that if I did not go and complain, no one would have even said anything. On top of everything else, their service delivery times get worse all the time.
