    I have moved literally all over the country and multiple continents and I have never been more…read moredisappointed in a moving company than I have been with All Over The State Moving & Storage. This company was contracted by Alliance Van Lines, the company I originally signed a contract with to move my furniture. Day 1 things started wrong. The truck that was to pick-up my furniture broke down and no one bothered to even let me know they were having trouble and would have to reschedule until I contacted them to find out if they were on the way. They rescheduled for the next day. I receive a call saying they are running late once again and need to change pick-up time. They finally arrived and I was then charged additional fees because they said that my items were a heavier weight. The worst experience was on delivery day. The delivery company moved the date and time of delivery three times. Each time delivery arrival time kept getting later. The original schedule was for Sunday, June 7th at 11am. They finally arrive on Sunday, June 7th at 6 pm. They assess the loading dock of my apartment building and let me know that it is too small so we decide on an alternate location. The team then measures the new location to ensure the truck fits and the distance it will take to move the furniture from the truck to my apartment. The extra feet it takes to move my furniture into my apartment is an additional $362. So we get to my apartment and the delivery team wants payment. This is before I even see the truck and even before I can see that my furniture is actually on the truck and I am not being scammed. I ask them to pull up to the new location spot and allow me to ensure my furniture is on the truck. They tell me, "No we cannot do that we need payment first." I proceed to let them know that I do not intend to give payment until I see both the moving truck and my furniture. They disagree and proceed to leave my apartment. A few minutes later I get a call from the supervisor. I tell him the story and I then receive a photo of my furniture on the truck. I then meet the delivery team and make the payment only to find out that I have to pay yet another fee of $125 because they had to wait; when the only reason they were waiting is because they decided to leave my apartment after they refused to allow me to view my furniture on the truck. The boxes that were offloaded were pretty damaged and beat up. In the initial assessment, I had a broken lamp and several broken bottles that leaked onto other items. During Unpacking I noticed even more damage. My couch was ripped, floor lamp glass globe broken, broken 3 drawer storage container, broken figurines and when they unwrapped my couch and loveseat, they left all the garbage in my apartment. To add insult to injury, they asked for a tip. I only provide tips for great service and this service lacked greatness on multiple levels. Moving is a stressful time for most and All over the State Moving Company is not a company you want to choose to work with during this stressful time. They do not take care of your belonging and their customer service is horrendous. Go elsewhere for better service because you will not receive it here.

    WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUYS…read more DAY 1: I got a quote from these guys based on equipment I submitted to move. This guy Tommy promises that the quote will not be exceeded and will deliver my things in 5 DAYS Day 2: Moving guys show up. The supervisor checks all my equipment and notifies me that the sofa recliner and 2 seat recliner is not included in the quote. BUMMER. I showed him the quote which includes both "sofa recliner and 2 seat recliner" (see attached image). He argued with me that sofa recliner means a recliner chair in the quote. This supervisor guy said I can talk to this Tommy guy who sold me this shitty quote. Tommy doesn't answer my call and tells me to negotiate with that supervisor. WHAT A MESS. Alright, I agreed to pay $400 more for the sofa recliner. Day 7: I checked on the status of my stuff. I was told my things are still in Houston. BUMMER AGAIN. Day 10: No updated on my stuff or delivery date. Day 15: finally I get a delivery date. Day 18: I get my stuff. In summary, I was ripped off in both ways. Money and delivery time. All these guys speak are lies. I never will recommend them to anyone
