Not wanting to drive to central Bakersfield, Pegasus, or even by CSUB I quickly searched for nearby US Post Offices. There was one right off the 58! It was an easy find off the freeway and parking was plentiful. I looked for a drive-thru drop off and none was available. There was one located right by the entrance. But not knowing the safety and security of the area I opted to get it scanned inside. There was only one other person in front of me and three total workers behind the desks. I only waited about 2 minutes and the gentleman that helped me was quite pleasant. He even noticed I wasn't from around the area and we made small talk. It was nice to have such a pleasant interaction! In less than 5 minutes I was back in my car and on the road home. Overall, my experience was five stars. Knocking one based on the curb appeal. The overgrown dead grass in the front really makes it look run down and vacant. I'll definitely remember this easily accessible spot for the future.

Went today to send off three packages, only ended sending one as the shipping label thing I had was…read moreacting up. But the worker was very rude, I apologized for that as I know it's probably annoying to waste your time with one person and they don't even end up sending it off. What I got was a nasty stare and no reply. Then she put the shipping label on the wrong package despite me clearly stating which one to put it on. And instead of apologizing she tried blaming it on me saying that I made the mistake. Even though the person beside me also heard me say which package very clearly. Then when we asked if they would replace the packaging she ruined by putting the shipping label on it and ripping off part of it she said no and to buy another if it bothers me so much. Very bad customer service and experience and hope to not see her again. I ask or hope that she can be fired or at least corrected for her behavior.

There is…read morea gentleman working there who is usually fairly reliable and a young lady who is anything but so you essentially have a 50% chance of actually completing your business. If I get the young lady, I know I'm not accomplishing whatever it was that I came in to do. Most recently, I came in at about 4:25 PM to pick up a package that they had already failed to deliver, waited in line for about a half hour only to get the young lady. She told me I would need ID in the last five minutes before closing and locked me out of the building when I went to get it. Not exactly accommodating, and bizarre because it makes the job harder on the business's end, not mine, they're the ones who will have to make another attempt because she could not be bothered to do her job. I wouldn't want to keep someone like that on my payroll, as it is a net negative profit and reputation-wise. Imagine if I had been picking up something medical or legal in nature, it's just a liability to keep someone like her on your staff. I shudder to think of the real world consequences that this disinterested employee's lack of professionalism could result in.

Somebody needs to do something about it. Everyone that lives here in Copper Creek off Taft Highway our mailboxes have been broken into. Time after time something needs to be done. She was amazingly kind and patient with this man who was continually making mistakes. She was so helpful to him. I just wanted her to double check my application before I sent it in. She gave me a very valuable piece of info. You should receive your new passport before you get your old one back. If you receive the old one but not the new one it has probably been lost and you need to contact the agency immediately. The entire staff here is very helpful.

Wrong I had upfront parking no waiting and Frank smiled and asked how he could help me as I walked up. I told Frank I needed to get this shipped up north. He looked at the rates three day or ground. I chose ground super good price. He made the label stuck it on my package and we were done. It took all of 12 minutes. The post office was clean as a whistle all the staff were smiling great experience. It was so nice to see the post office not jammed with people and the staff working like crazy trying to take care of them all.

Either extend your hours or be closed on Saturday and Sunday that's ridiculous. I miss the mark by 30 minutes because of my job and now I can't ship out until Monday but then again I have my own job as well that conflicts with post office hours, so I might lose a sale because of this.
