Second time I dropped by, there was still only one person manning the counter. This time, there were about 5 people in line. Suffice it to say, it took quite awhile to be helped. This location has lobby hours (M-F 8-5 & Saturday 9-3) and window hours where someone is available to help you (M-F 10-4:30, closed for lunch from 12-1), they're closed on Sundays. I came in requesting service that I had previsouly confirmed was allowed according to the information posted on the official USPS website, however the staff refused to assist me. Both Stacey and Laura were dismissive and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. They didn't appreciate that I called their unprofessionalism out and then labeled my request as suspicious, this was done on purpose; this came off as retaliatory and inappropriate. I'm sharing this to bring the situation to the attention of USPS management and to inform other customers. Situations like this reflect poorly on the organization and I hope steps are taken to ensure all customers are treated with professionalism.

UPS....when it absolutely doesn't need to be on time!…read more UPS is the most unreliable delivery service available. Not just here either. Everywhere I go, UPS cannot be depended on to get deliveries made on time. Always delays, and their app is useless in terms of updates. I can't imagine why companies continue to use UPS for deliveries. I'll avoid buying from companies that use their service whenever possible.
