The absolute WORST Post Office in Bucks County! These window lickers will lose packages you're waiting for, fraudulently claim they delivered them to your house, then the postmaster will have the cojones to give you an attitude about their failures IF they follow procedure and call you regarding your claim. This post office is the WORST one in Bucks County because most of time they put mails at the wrong mail box # at my apartment complex. A lot of my letters got missing. They need to hire more professional workers who know how to read and put them at the right mail box. read more

This is a decent post office. Nothing fancy, but the location is easily assessable and there is plenty of parking. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Seems like there are a lot of changes taking place to keep up with the competition. read more

Placed an order for Christmas balls on dec. 1st. I received them on January 8th crunched in my mailbox. So not only did the post office take weeks to deliver my package, I now have damaged product from the post office. We have had the same mailman for yrs. There is a new person on this route and I think they dont want to do their job n place pkg on my porch step. You need to tell your carrier to please stop shoving pkgs in my mailbox and get out of truck n place on step. This is not the first time this mail girl has done this it's pure lazy. So beware people if u get something from Amazon n werks later post office delivers but destroys it by shoving it in A mailbox . read more

A bunch of incompetent people working here. If we get our mail it's a good day. They need to fire management and bring in people with a clue . Mailman delivers mail that isn't ours but gives us previous tenants mail. When you call up trying to locate you're package that they misdelivered you get the run around because of their mess up. read more

I would give 1/2 a star if I could. A package was accidentally shipped to a wrong address the customer notified me the next day! I went directly to the post office cause the phone wait was over 2 hours. I was told my package could not be redirected and would be returned to me since it was the wrong address. Today it was delivered to said wrong address and according to usps.com a package can be redirected as long as it has not been delivered. read more

I had the most horrible experience at the Bensalem post office. My fiancé and I came here to mail our wedding invitations. They were already stamped and packed in a usps bin, just needed to be hand cancelled. When we arrived, there was no line and the woman at the counter continuously rolled her eyes and basically refused to cancel them. We told her we would cancel them ourselves, but she told us she would do it "in between her customers". We had our suspicions so we informed her that we would wait and watch her until they were all stamped. I guess she wasn't expecting that, because we waited for an hour and they still weren't completed. At 5'oclock they kicked everyone out and locked the doors, but we were still inside (i guess unnoticed). At that point, an older man with a mustache and glasses began complaining that there was no chance they were cancelling all of these "effing" wedding invitations. I stepped forward and questioned him stating that we had waited an hour and were promised they would be done in between customers. He said "it's 5:05, we're closed." I told him it wasn't our problem, and that we offered to do it ourselves but were refused. At this point, he flung our bin full of envelopes across the counter along with the stamp and told us to "knock ourselves out". I told him there was no reason for him to be rude to us, and that we gave them plenty of time for them to be completed, especially since they should have been completed when we were at the counter. We cancelled each one ourselves and placed them back in our bin, which took all of two minutes since it is a simple process. I put the stamp back on the counter and told them to have a good night. Now, a week later; we have been hearing and receiving pictures from our wedding guests of crumpled and torn envelopes. I am sure that even though WE hand cancelled them, the post office workers ran them through the machines anyway. Out of spite since we forced them to do their jobs. We will be taking this matter to the post master when they open back up after the holiday weekend, and HIGHLY recommend going ELSEWHERE, especially if you are looking to send high priority mail. read more
