We have things being shipped to us that we need to run our business, and expect to be delivered when the package tracking states "out for delivery". We have someone here from 6am until 1:45am, Monday - Thursday, so there's no excuse for not bringing the packages to our delivery door on those days. I understand today is a holiday, but at the time the carrier claimed "delivery attempted, business closed", there were clearly 14 cars in our parking lot, so it's obvious we were open. I'm aware the post office is short staffed, and I know this time of year is very busy, but delivering packages is part of the job, and we need the items for our job. * I have no idea why this has CA for my location, I assure you, I am in Dover, NH.

This post office is ridiculous after watching my camera for my package to be dropped off i see the…read morelady out it down then pick it up leave with my package check tracking info shows she sent back to seller after it said i signed for package. long story short we go to post officer are told our shipping label is fraudulent because we didnt pay for the signature required we supposable signed for the package being sent back to the seller of my item. we end up paying the fee for the signature cuz they wouldn't give us our package back. this post office and the lady delivering them is sketchy she always says we sign packages she delivers we dont ever sign for we will be sending videos to higher ups about this do not recommend.

In 12/7 Staples site showed a 12/8 delivery to the store and when we went to the register it was confirmed 12/8. Here we are 12/10 and no delivery. Customer service confirmed delivery at 12/19.
