I was charged for this size under the impression it was the only box that would fit my item (3 golf clubs in hand). I later found out by the receiver of the package, that the box was downsized measurably(36X6X6). Instead of informing me of this discrepancy and change in packaging, it was ignored thinking to would go unnoticed. After contacting the location on multiple occasions to rectify this situation, I am now being ignored after being told a refund would be made 3 days ago. I have entered the store and been told by employees that management has directed them to ignore all calls and contact as "they do not have an answer."
