I am sick and tired of not getting the mail we're expecting. Today is yet Another day where we were expecting a very time sensitive piece of mail but handed only a Christmas catalog.... And it was delivered after 6 pm. Of course I asked where the rest of the mail is and her response "oh well Lexi and I didn't get three trays of mail" Funny how this is the same excuse we've gotten several other times. If they didn't get the mail then where the heck is it? She couldn't say. Once, the new debit card we were expecting was delivered to (and opened by) someone we don't even know so we had to go through the hassle of getting new cards. So many times we've had to retrieve mail and packages from neighbors. So sick of this incompetence - it's been years !
