Of course I asked where the rest of the mail is and her response "oh well Lexi and I didn't get three trays of mail" Funny how this is the same excuse we've gotten several other times. If they didn't get the mail then where the heck is it? She couldn't say. Once, the new debit card we were expecting was delivered to (and opened by) someone we don't even know so we had to go through the hassle of getting new cards. So many times we've had to retrieve mail and packages from neighbors. So sick of this incompetence - it's been years !

This is a small town place, they know everyone, and they also know whats going on around town. So if you need to learn anything, this is the spot to stop in. They always have stamps, can always mail something for you, help you find the right box and really make it a pleasant experience. Its a totally different feel in the country. Many of these offices are currently at risk of closing, but for many local people its one of their main sources of information, interaction and the like. Its important they remain open in these small town country areas.
