After purchasing some new vehicles for mail delivery suddenly my mailbox, that has been in the same place for decades, must be moved or as they say turned 90 degrees or my mail will be returned to sender. This post master is aggressive rude and demeaning and seems to be on a power trip. My mailbox can't be simply rotated, I pulled it off the base and it can't be just turned without purchasing a new base or drill or both. The fact that I don't have the spare cash to do this just because their carrier can no longer make the turn to my box seems to make zero difference to them. Their entire attitude has been they don't care it's not their problem and too bad. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service and to receive it from a business funded by my tax dollars is sickening.

However, the past 2 times I've been in, there's been an employee who does nothing but sit on a chair by the door, who has been completely unkind & disrespectful to me. She seems to serve no purpose to the function of the establishment, as she literally just sits there. The first time I came across her, she made judgmental comments about my toddler being in his stroller & getting antsy waiting in line. The second time, I asked if I could just leave my package on the counter since it's pre-paid, & she responded to me like I was stupid & like my question was completely I convenient for her. I believe management needs to reevaluate this employee & look for someone kinder to fill her role, whatever that is supposed to be.

These quiet people are like my local business partners. As an Ebay store owner, I have to mail and…read moreship a helluva lot of things all over the world! And these magicians at USPS manage to not to lose, break or screw up the wacky valuables I put in their handy FREE shipping boxes. They not only have boxes, if you go online you can have said boxes delivered to your door. You can also have your mailman stop by your house and pick up your packages so your cute lazy ass can stay all bundled up in the house writing yet another compelling listing. Though they aren't the solution for HUGE or super heavy items (not so good there) they are amazing and I am proud of our post office to have delivered every single item I have ever shipped with them in a timely and professional manner. FYI, the line here is sometimes too long at lunch time and near the holidays so I avoid it when possible by having my mailman come to my house. Maybe a big advertising genius needs to revamp the old "going postal" saying & put a positive yet hip spin on it??

Just came from here and was pleasantly surprised with the service I was able to receive. They were…read morejust about to close in a few minutes and. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. It felt like I was in an ad. Quincy was exceptional and made me feel like I was not making him to stay there a moment longer than he would have otherwise. I have never been a big fan of having to go get stuff printed but now, whenever I do, I know I am going here and I hope he is there each and every time. He was the only one in the store and I knew that on a Saturday evening, nobody wants to stay at work any longer than they have to, would never have known that they were closing if I didn't see it on the door coming in. My spouse went in to the store last time and I waited in the car because of this and when he came out he smelled like the store! Not sure what scent they are trying to hide but if you have any type of fragrance sensitivity do not even try to enter the store.

I kinda didn't want to write this review and draw attention to this new Post Office location, as it…read moreis very new, and seemingly still undiscovered by the masses. With the loss of the location right next to the airport, having this location open up on the opposite side of 205 is basically just as convenient. Even better, I've been able to just walk in and approach the counter immediately, every time. The place is usually empty, and the attendant on duty must frequently be summoned with the bell out front. No passport services offered here (yet), but they are apparently working on adding this in the future. Other than that, it's your usual post office, so you know what to expect...except the lines. Hopefully it'll stay that way! Also, big shout out to Bing, who (in addition to being the only employee I've seen work here), is very helpful and friendly, even helping me save $10 by on my last mailed package by offering me a cheaper shipping option!
