While helping us, she also acknowledged other customers right away and kept the line moving by letting drop-off customers know they could be helped quickly. I typically use USPS, but from time to time I have to drop off UPS packages or the post office is…read moreclosed. I have come to realize, however, that the hours of this location are pretty much the same as the post office. They close at 5:30 on weekdays and are briefly open on Saturdays. I've tried to come here on two occasions when they were closed. You'd junk I would have figured it out the first time. I wrongly assumed that a post office alternative would have longer hours. Isn't that why most people use places like this? Because they can't get to USPS? They are nice and the service is good, but I won't be coming back unless they extend hours. Even staying open until 6pm would make a difference because there is so much traffic after work.

I talked to three people on the phone. One of them was completely rude, unhelpful, and essentially accused me of giving them the wrong mailing address. The other two were more helpful and acknowledged the mistake (which is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review). Plus, it's not the front line workers' fault. This lack of service and general competence is a choice by our state's policy makers.

I came in the 2nd week of December to get License Plate for my SUV and Drivers License since I…read morerecently moved to Oklahoma from Las Vegas. My son told me Oklahoma doesn't have DMV offices and you have to go to a Tag Agency. I have to say this was so much better than the horrible DMV offices in Nevada. You have to have an appointment like 3 months in advance if you can get one. Before the pandemic you could just walk-in , but you would be there for hours trying to get something done with all the California people moving there and some from other places. This was so much better of an experience ! Everyone was so nice as most of the people I've dealt with in Oklahoma. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in South Carolina in the 70's and 80's. I had to do 2 different lines. The first was a young lady who did my registration , plate , and sticker. She also informed me that I would have to get a new title to register in Oklahoma. I've never heard that before , but I guess they do that in some states. She also went out to my SUV to verify the VIN. Thankfully it's not lifted since she could barely get up to see it without getting on the tire , it is a Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4 so it does sit higher than most standard SUVs. The 2nd line I showed all my documentation to this lady to verify I had everything to get my new Oklahoma Drivers License. She arranged everything neatly to give to the another lady when it was my turn and also reminded me to let her know that I had Motorcycle Endorsement also so it could be listed on my Oklahoma License. There were a few people ahead of me for the Drivers License so I did have to wait over an hour , but they had chairs and the lady would talk to me and the others waiting as she was helping someone else. I only had to wait behind one person for the registration and they had 3 people working that counter. The drivers license lady also added my Veterans Status and Real ID on my license since I brought in my Passport . I'm not complaining , as I said in Las Vegas it would take you usually 3 hours or more at the DMV before they started doing appointments and still it takes at least an hour to do your stuff. I highly recommend this location for your drivers license , registration , etc.
