No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

There are instructions right at each station and if you get stuck, the staff is very helpful. You swipe your debit/credit card when you start and boom it's that easy, the World Wide Web is yours. I would caution people about printing personal protected information and letting it sit on the printer, anyone can pick it up. No one has a printer in this day and age and it's cool that these services exist. They also sell things like office /school supplies, snacks, and greeting cards. And you can buy packaging and ship packages here too! It's an all in one kind of place with a friendly face.

A couple of quibbles: first, the copy/fax machine is incomprehensible, a complete mystery of nature. I was trying to fax an insurance document and gave up after 15 minutes of cursing and inexplicable error messages; second, you will get panhandled on the way in and out. WSPO is in one of the rougher sections of Grant St., and the post office is one of the few places people still seem to bring cash, so there you go. That said, having a post office a few blocks away (we have a locked door on the street, so our carrier wisely will not leave packages) is hugely convenient, there's seldom a long line, there's usually parking, and the employees are gruff, helpful, and funny in a perfectly Grant Street kind of way. They're even working with us to get our carrier a key so we don't always have to pick things up.
