One month later and the medicine I require for quality of life and prolonging life have sat for another three days without movement. I'm calling Washington and raise a stink and while I'm at it maybe a good civil lawyer for suing them for unnecessary pain and suffering. They should just close the place in my opinion. My meds came out of South Carolina to NJ to Rochester NY in less than two days. They had to drive by my city literally drive by it to take my package to the Buffalo distribution center where it now sits without movement. Place needs to be overhauled top to bottom of they're going to keep it open. Start by getting some better supervision for openers. read more

Fast and polite service. Staff are helpful as well and everything is always stocked. Any time I have a question I can go in and they will help as much as they can even when it came to my passport photo they helped with that as well read more

We usually come here when I have to send my cards to the queen and Royal Family. I have to get a special stamp for postage to England. Sometimes it slow service but its the place I can go to send a card. Unfortunately I had to send a bereavement card for the prince. So glad I can send things to other countries. read more

Packages are not delivered and when they are there put in the neighbors box, if I wanted my mail put in the neighbors box I would put there address on it. Very bad sereve since the original lady stopped delivering. They leave the phone off the hook so you can't even call them. read more

I had two packages go there on September 21st. One I got the same day. The other one is saying running late and is now September 27th. This place or the driver needs to be investigated! Stealing packages are against the law! If your packages have to go here beware! read more

This is a freaking joke. Forty some years ago I applied for my first passport. No appointment needed. Every single thing I brought with me was not right. I started to get testy and my husband suggested we just walk away and come back another time. I did. Went back and ALL WAS ACCEPTED. Seems the person taking my application was less than knowledgeable. Fast forward. To now.. Took my Grand Kids for passports. Their Mom, sole custodial parent, was there with birth certificates, SS cards and a copy of her custody paperwork. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! The minion behind the counter needed an original custodial document. She informed us that we can come back with paperwork and the process will be very quick. Pics already taken. Good to go. My daughter went to family court - horrific place and security has been amped up - to obtain the original documentation. Guess what? Original docs stay with the court. A magical seal was placed upon a copy of the paperwork and good to go we thought we were. NOPE!!! NO FREAKING APPOINTMENT! Let's extend this one more day. Can't take paperwork without an appointment. I'm leaving it at that. read more

USPS with a passport office. Always useful if you need one. This location can be crowded with people sending money orders (they take a long time), but if you are lucky it wont be. And then you can probably get the stamps you want, as most people here seem more interested in the money orders. Easy parking. read more

I usually hit my character limit when reviewing businesses, but I have few words for this particular post office. It happens to be large, so large, so so large. There are plenty of people working here so the line moves very quickly. The staff is nice, you are able to get your passport photos here and the parking lot is big although off to the side a bit, it's set up in a strange fashion. read more

absolutely horrible. you see this place, run the other way around. Having worked in there before, i can tell you they treat their employees like they're slaves. One little mistake can cost you your job. Seen many people get fired over not knowing how to do their job, when NO BODY took the time to train them. No work-life balance. I seen someone get discharged over medical issues and I've seen the wrong people in the management positions. Rude and entitled, and so demanding like they own you. They will pick on everything you do and sometimes watch you behind your back, making you feel uncomfortable. Not to mention the favoritism going on and some managers being racist. If you want to deal with people who Hate their life and will make you hate yours too, this is the right place for you. read more

So, no, my son's housing forms for college - with a deadline that needs to be met unless he wants to lose his needed on-campus housing - never made it to our po box either. I wanted to mention it in my 6/12 update below, but it was confirmed by his school that they hadn't yet been sent. How can the more important mail from my son's school not make it to our box while the not-as-crucial docs keep coming? Even lamer, how can mail in envelopes from two other schools - one he never even applied to - reach us this month but not my son's housing forms from the school he's scheduled to attend? I'm not sure if this is the exact location but this is what pops up when I google the distribution center. My package arrived there Sept 9th and was supposed to be delivered on the 10th. It is now the 17th and the last time it was tracked was the 13th. And says that it is in transit and arriving late. Did you lose my package? Is there a storm? Did someone die? I'm waiting for a response from someone after they investigate what is going on. But even that it taking forever. I want answers. This is very frustrating. read more

The employees/workers at this location need education and training as they don't know what they are paid to do. I mailed a car registration card to my son and it never reach to him after a good 2 weeks. My son stopped by the office twice and they could not locate the letter. Then the letter was returned to us and the reason on the website was my son moved and did not leave the forwarding address which we have no clue where was it from. I can't believe US Post Office would hire such incompetent folks to handle mails. They are very nice people, but totally stupid and incompetent, and we should not use Post Office as a charity organization to bring any people from the street! read more
