We did have some, and every now and then we still will run into a quirk or glitch, but they are readily helpful and even have come to the house to fix the problem. Excellent customer service!!! I just moved from another place in Laughlin, and my new mailbox key would not work. I gave the info to the woman at the counter, and she asked me to wait a moment. She quickly came back with the postman and he said he would meet me at the mailbox in about 10 mins. I went to mailbox, and he showed up in less than 10 mins. He checked the key in lock ancd it didnt work. He changed the lock and gave me new keys. Less than 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic staff.

It was completely dead, so there was no way to check new protection. My husband picked it up not knowing I had taken bag and mouse. When he got home we called about accessories. When we got charged up there was a popup that said our protection would expire in 3 days. When we went back to get our accessories I asked to be shown where the protection was. It had not been installed. Was not charged but had to leave it again. Will not be going back.
