Please be careful. They say cutoff times but there this week and the FedEx truck was in the parking lot at before 2(cutoff) and left. After racing there from several miles away,owner or? My name is Rocky S. I have been with them since 2006. I finally stopped my service with them after many screw ups by "Jennifer" since the original owner, Bobs, recent death. I travel all over the country and have my mail forwarded. She always sends it late and makes excuses. She sends other peoples medications to me, which I have to return at my expense. She double billed me $166.00. She refuses to tell me how much money I have on the books. She blames everything on others and claims not to have access to the computer to let me know how much money I have left for postage since I quite her business. It is strange that she can access the computer to take my payment for my box and postage though. I don't recommend this business to anyone. It doesn't deserve even "one star"! read more

I really appreciate the kind service at this place. I went to a postal place by Wells Fargo and Safeway gas station and I believe this woman was either the owner or manager. She was EXTREMELY rude. If I could give half a star, I would. I brought in an Amazon return. "Bob" said the label on the outside was not a mailing label. He said I would have to pay $80 to have it shipped. I am a Prime member and did not have to pay for shipping to get here. I was confused. I pointed out the characteristics of the mailing label, but he insisted it was not. Something told me that this was not right and told him I was going to Kohl's. Kohl's cheerfully accepted the return and there was no shipping charge. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. A V O I D !!!!! HOSTILE is putting it lightly. I literally left while the man was yelling at me, calling me names. Today I called these folks to get a shipping rate. The man who helped me was pleasant, but could not help me without more information. So, I committed to him, I would get the weights & sizes of all my boxes, and come on in, so we could obtain the cost estimate I needed. I arrived about an hour later. There was a gentleman seated about 6 feet from the counter. We greeted each other, and I went on to explain I was the one who called, seeking rate information. The man said to me, quite plainly "Nobody called here". I insisted that I had, and asked if there was anyone else who could have answered the phone. He replied "yes". I asked, "are they gone for the day, or will they return?", he replied, "he's in the bathroom". Okay..... So, I proceeded to explain, I needed Fed-Ex Ground rates for the 20-30 boxes I had. He replied that they "don't have rates". I said, I have the box sizes & weights, and that I needed to get some cost estimates. The man got up from his seat, and looked up a rate for me. The rate was much higher than I expected, so I inquired "What service?". He responded "UPS". I said to him, I need Fed-Ex ground, please. He said to me, "you didn't ask me that". He was upset & hostile. So, I said, "okay, nevermind, I'll go elsewhere". At this point, the man began yelling loudly, calling me names, saying I had an attitude. Crap, I was nonplussed. I was doing my best to communicate with this guy, and I was repeatedly forced to pose every word in such a way to get some service-reply. This man was acting insane. AVOID THIS PLACE. Any business they must be getting is certainly a result of people not aware that they can get REAL service elsewhere. read more

Today I pulled up only to find a sign saying they're closed today and will be back Monday. No advance warning or anything. I would love to believe it was an emergency, but this is the second time I pulled up to a "sorry we're closed" sign despite the business hours posted. Last time was less than a month ago. I was one of at least five people who tried to use their services today, and everyone looked just as confused and disappointed. Each time a car pulled up, I actually thought it was someone opening up the store, but I finally left after a few minutes. As it turns out, there is another Fedex ground facility nearby in Fort Mohave, which I don't mind driving to. The staff there is friendly, all smiles & they appear to always be open when they say they are. Check out Postal Connections in Ft Mohave at the Safeway Plaza. (They're right near the Wells Fargo, facing the highway). I didn't know about the Ft Mohave one since Ebay kept telling me my drop off centers were either here or Havasu or Kingman. So now, since I do have another option for Fedex Ground, I feel I can lower my score for this business. read more

This place is awful. I wanted to send a 4 page fax. They charged $1.50 per page. $7 total. I understand they are a business, however they didn't print anything, they didn't copy anything, and they don't pay extra for a phone call. When I was surprised at the price, the large man behind the counter said, "that's what we charge, you can always leave." If the deadline wasn't right then, I would have. read more

Just took package to ship ups. Package was not heavy, but was about 22" x 12" x16". Filled out paper work, lady behind counter measured, weighed, and said that will be $109.51. I was stunned...didn't think that I heard her right. I repeated the amount with a question in my voice, and she said "well it has to go cross country you know!" Duh! I told her that I couldn't pay that much to ship it, Picked up my box and left! All the while, the big guy behind the counter is intimidating. Took box to post office and mailed it for 38.57 + insurance. Will go "cross country" in the same amount of time. Why gouge like that? Do they think we are to stupid to realize we are being ripped off?? BUYER BEWARE!! I won't go back!! read more

Just moved into town and needed a place that would ship a box for me by UPS. It wasn't a big box and it weighed about 5 pounds. So I found this place. I know my package should have cost about $22 to ship. I was told by the Bob that it would be $48 to ship. What!?!? He said it's their standard service charge. Ok. The item I was shipping isn't worth $48, so I left with my box. I understand the guy needs to make a living, but why not post it, signage it, or advise what you're going to charge BEFORE you make me fill out the paperwork and you enter it into your system? So I went back home, logged into the UPS website, set up my shipment, paid the $22 I was expecting, and dropped it off at the UPS depot on Easy Street where I was met with a smile and no hassle. Also have since learned that Safeway will accept UPS and FedEx shipments as long as you Set it up online first and print your own labels. I highly recommend it. read more

I wouldn't even leave one star, but Yelp requires me to do so. The woman and man running the registers were very unprofessional and rude. The kid they have working there was more mature than either of these two were. Along with rude and uncalled for comments about our shipment (we were mailing a baby snake and they were making comments about killing it. Like really? Whether you like an animal or not, comments like that don't need to be said, especially in front of the the customer) their prices are ridiculously high. $180 for a shipment that I took elsewhere and paid less than $100 for the same service I was inquiring in their store about. I'd rather drive to Vegas and deal with more professional people than step foot back into this craptastical store again. If you don't care about rude comments, unprofessional interactions, and ridiculously overpriced calculations for shipments, then by all means let them have your business. read more

Went in to the store yesterday and tried to send out an overnight letter, they told me I could not because I was sending to a PO Box. I just mentioned that the policy by Fedex was stupid and then left. I found a new address on my paperwork and went back in to send it out. At that time the owner started arguing and wanting to fight me because I had an opinion about Fedex's policy. Then another guy who came in to the store then wanted to fight me. Lucky for them the girl who was there stopped him or I could have owned the business. I then left and will never go back ever again !!!!! The worst experience I have ever had in my life !! Just a word of advise to anyone wishing to use their services. They charge over double what the price should be on the UPS website. I shipped a package and was charged $46 for it. I went home and viewed the website and found that it should have been $16. When I went back to the office to question the amount, I was told very rudely that he was NOT the internet, he was a 3rd party. He refused to discuss the price with me. I feel this is very unprofessional. I do understand that he has the right to make a dollar, but 3X the price is highway robbery. I will not be returning to this location again. I've never had any problems with Bob or anyone else at the store. They've always been helpful, and easy to work with. You don't stay in business in Bullhead for any length of time if you've got sub-par service, and they've been around for a while. I can't speak to theft negative reviews, but I can say I've never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. read more

My mother sent me a package UPS from here. Her original hand written label was CORRECT. (I have the pkg) Security Postal Systems made out the UPS label. They spelled my name wrong. They entered the wrong street number. They also got the street wrong entering Milland instead of Millard. The package was delayed as it was undeliverable as addressed.Fortunately UPS corrected it. My 84 year old mother was quite upset as this was a time sensitive Christmas present. read more
