I always like coming to the post office. The people that work there are incredibly polite but there's been a big change. There used to be three people at the window, which was very good to keep things moving. The post office boxes. If you get boxes from Amazon or whatever, don't go in until 12:30. So at 12:30 the place is packed out the door people online and it's also lunch time. So there's only one person at the counter making it quite difficult and a long wait. This is very inconvenient, especially for people that are on their lunch hour as well. There also used to be someone in the little Booth. You know the on the side that would just take the yellow slips if there were people that just needed to pick something up and that doesn't happen anymore. I love the people that work there. They're very very efficient and wonderful, but one person at the counter at lunch time needs to be fixed. read more

It took 2 months to get the key to our communities mailbox. In the meantime, they said we they were holding our mail once I got the key. I got no mail. I said what happened to it. They said we don't know. So did two months worth of mail go in the trash and absolutely no satisfaction from the manager as our local post office or the main post office. Staff sucks, staff is useless if you actually need something. They have lost 3 packages one i left through the slots they if they are closed, one at the counter where you're so post to leave posted packages if they don't scan them you lost your package and no way to claim it. read more

If this was a privately owned business, they wouldn't be in business! Gone for 2 1/2 months and came back to a mail box full of other people's mail. I took a trip to post office to talk to Supervisor & no one was available (shocker) but I would get a call back. Hmmm, 6 days later no call. Whatever. Today I went to the mailbox and guess what I found...ALL of the mail that didn't belong to me that I returned to the post office was once again in my box‍. Love the staff at my local post office. I have dementia so people have to be patient with me and I had a complicated set of packages to send off overseas. It was a Saturday morning and yes, there was a line. There were three men working behind the counter! But still, they were absolutely wonderful and patient and even had a sense of humor -- which is greatly appreciated these days! I left smiling and looking forward to my next visit! all. read more

I have tried to contact this post office on many occasions. They don't answer the phone! I have tried to contact them through other post office's and have them call me. They haven't called me yet. When I go to visit relatives, I forward my mail. Which works for a short time. Then suddenly all my mail gets returned to sender. I believe carriers take it upon themselves to put those little green vacant cards in my post office box and that causes my mail to get returned rather than forwarded. In a week or so all my year end tax documents will be returned to sender!!! I need to address this concern ASAP, with the postmaster of this location, because this only happens in Bullhead city. read more

When inside at 5 to 4 started feeling up my certified return receipt on the counter right behind another lady that was standing in line and then the cashier Laura looked up and said sorry we're closed we can't help anybody more but the one lady in front of you. I don't know too much about the main building. But our mail carrier and her substitute are second to none. They are out there, in freezing cold, or more recently, like today, blazing heat. We are going to hit 118F today. they're out in UN-air conditioned trucks, acting like it doesn't bother them a bit. If I get a package and I'm not home, they just don't throw it on the front porch. They go in back and hide it where i know where to look. Just one more reason I come out and give them ice water, which seems to be appreciated. And they get rum cakes at Christmas. That's why I only put four stars. Because our carriers in the Riviera district are way over five stars. read more

The post master at this location is the worst! Imagine working for 31 years in the cold weather outside chicago never missing work, working overtime when being asked and always being on time. This post office sub contracts people that do not know how to do their job. For years the deliverer for my area has lost stolen and misplaced my mail. Now I was supposed to get a letter from my daughter at boot camp today and it is not in there. I know it was supposed to be cause it was scanned in this morning at the post office. I have ordered many things and when and if my packages arrive they are usually opened. Contacted them and they said that they believed the carrier that it wasn't opened on delivery and that it must've opened when the guy threw it over my fence, but the guy left the package outside of my gate in my driveway. Also the carrier broke my mailbox and it now sits open for anyone to see what's inside. Many other times I've checked the tracking on my packages and watch out my window for the mail and they never come and then say that they couldn't get to my door. I have to give them a 1 so I can post my utter disgust in the gross inefficiency of this post office delivery team. The delivery people do not attempt delivery then lie to FedEx that no one was available for delivery and this is known as they did not leave "attempted delivery" notice, all the while I sat in the house. ONCE they left in my central box a refrigerated box of insulin. Go UPS, dont trust this joke to handle your packages professionally. read more

My mail lady by the name of Donna,is wonderful,she always gets our mail correct and is always very nice..all the neighbors love her!hope when she retires that we are lucky to to have someone as good as her..She get off her mail carrier and delivers packages to older customers because she cares about people.She is great,wish there was more mail.carriers like her. read more

Great post office. People here were able to answer all of my questions. The gentleman and woman behind the counter very helpful. The only reason I gave it 4*s is do to the fact that they would not come from behind the counter to show me the location of a specific envelope. Paid for expedited passport services June 23, 2016 The postal worker who does this service is at the very least snobbish & condescending. She would not accept my original State issued birth certificate with the raised seal. So I had to pay for another copy of the same document. 3 weeks later I received a notice from the US Dept of State Passport Center that my documentation was incomplete. I had to order certified copies of 2 more documents that the postal worker did not tell me I needed when she completed my forms, swore me in & took my $239.00 It took me until today July, 22, 2016 to obtain the proper paperwork that needed to be sent. I'm disappointed that no one at this location seems to know the procedure for passport application. Wish I'd read the reviews here before I went there - I's have gone to Laughlin instead. read more

The Bullhead City Post office sucks. They are a bunch of idiots I ordered two movies from Disney. They said that it was delivered which it wasn't delivered to us. So we had to call Disney and get a replacement it was supposed to be delivered yesterday waited around all day for it only to find out they said they knocked and no one answered so they left a notice all Bullshit no one knocked we were all here. So then we had to reschedule a redelivery for today it still hasn't come so I called the post office and the lady named Michelle said they would have to deliver it tomorrow that pissed me off. read more

I've always had great service at the Lakeside post office. The clerks are friendly and informative. There can be a line at peak hours but the staff makes an effort to keep it moving. read more

The most horrible Post Office ever! Was sent away because of no appointment for passports when there was no one there waiting. Definitely a race issue. These employees have no energy, are unhappy and try to make people as miserable as they are. Sad this type of behavior is allowed at a United States Post Office.
