This post office is absolutely terrible. Every single time I go there the line is ridiculously long and there's barely any employees working. I've had multiple packages go missing or not be given to me even when I was told they were there. The workers seem disorganized and nobody ever has answers. Waiting forever just to leave without all of my mail is beyond frustrating. This place seriously needs better management and more staff because the service is awful. read more

Can you update the phone number please? I have traveled twice from NY (3 hours each way) to unlock my mailbox, I need to get my driver's license renewed and mailed at my house. It's hard to imagine a worse-run enterprise/business/office than this branch of the U.S. Postal Service. EVERYTHING about it is horrible. The service is so poor, it makes you wonder if someone is actively trying to sabotage the place. And only the rudest, customer-hostile people seem to work there. Last time I was there--it was actually open for a change!--there was one person in front of me, and I had to wait about 15 minutes to be served. It's mind-boggling. Total nightmare! This office is understaffed to service our community. The wait time is 2hours and completely unecceptable. The carriers ran out of notification slips to put in your mail box that notify you so you can pick up your package? What kind of excuse is that? There is no way for us to know if the post office in Bushkill PA is open. A handwritten sign in sharpie marker just says 'CLOSED' each time I've gone there. Bushkill Post Office, repeat offender in inefficiency and lack of customer service, this USPS forgets that they exist because of customers (People sending mail!). The Manager here is MIA. Only 1 person working on Saturday Morning at 9 AM, the week before thanksgiving, standed in line for a pick for 1 hour and 15 minutes!
