The next day I arrive for my appointment and got told that TGM cannot help after all, they didn't like some of the wording - which ok, fine, but why didn't they say anything when we reviewed together on a call? What was the point of my reshuffling my calendar to visit their office? Tatiana was conveniently unavailable to join when I expressed frustration, and she's ghosting my emails to her now. I wasted my afternoon w these ppl - don't waste yours. There are plenty of other professional services that can help.
